Our time at Bel Marina has been so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Kim was incredibly helpful with her recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed, while Lisa and Hat brought so much fun and warmth to our stay. We also really enjoyed the facilities throughout the resort. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and the pool bar made it even better with great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to the spa, which was a fantastic way to unwind after exploring Hoi An. Ultimately, it’s the people at the resort who have really made our stay so special. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always happy to help. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Bel Marina and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

After Ba Na Hills, we stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. They advised us on the distance to the Old Town and even helped carry our luggage to the room.Buffet Breakfast has alot to choose from, western, vegetarian to local food.The hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, with plenty of massage shops, coffee cafes, and restaurants along the way. We enjoyed exploring the Old Town, shopping for leather bags, and getting personalized Birkinstock slippers made.We also tried various local foods at the market, which were delicious and very affordable. One thing to note is that May is extremely hot, so be sure to bring sun protection, an umbrella, a hat, and a portable fan.Overall, we had a wonderful experience in Hoi An and would love to come back again in the future.

Our family spent four wonderful nights at Bel Marina Hoi An, and we had an absolute blast! The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. Every few days, the hotel hosts a themed dinner on the lawn overlooking the river. It was such a lovely experience, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing family holiday here at the bel Marina Hoi an in July 2026! We had the interconnecting family rooms and they were really spacious, beautiful and cleaned amazingly. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Ly was extremely helpful to us the whole trip allowing us to communicate by phone with her for tips on places to go whenever we needed. The location is amazing - 3min walk to the river bank & old town. Highly recommend!

There is only one way to describe this hotel and that is “perfect”. We were hoping for a great stay and experience having seen the photos and reviews however we could not have expected the absolute pleasure we encountered, every minute of our time there. Kim and her team are simply delightful, caring, welcoming and just so dedicated. The property is stunning. The rooftop pool is breathtaking and the rooms are gorgeous with such attention to detail. Every team member left us feeling pure joy and were so appreciative of our choice to stay with them. The location is just perfect – a short walk to everything the UNESCO listed town has to offer, and there is so much. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast has something for everyone and very high quality. They provide bicycles and cycling through Hoi An is one of he most delightful experiences we have had in a long time. It has never been so difficult for us to leave a hotel at the end of our stay. We highly recommend the hotel activities, such as the food nights and other very well-priced option. After 8 nights, they really did feel like family. “It has been such a pleasure looking after you, and we’re honestly sad to see you leave too”. “Please don’t say goodbye — just say “see you again” because we’ll be waiting for your next visit!”. And we will return – as soon as possible. We also wish to say a huge thank you to Georgia from Flight Centre in Mordialloc for putting together this incredible vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. The rooms were good with amenities, friendly staff and best accessibility to the old town. They also helped us arrange my daughter’s 21st birthday at a short notice. We were served by a staff Tien everyday at breakfast who was always smiling and helpful. She really is a gem. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The resort is easy walking distance from the old city. It is near night life, restaurants, and more. The resort itself is clean, generous and tasty breakfasts, 2 pools, a relatively real exercise center with machines and dumbbells. The staff was always helpful, the grounds were well treated. The rooms were very very spacious and with a lot of extras. We were very happy with our 2 rooms and our 2 night stay

Best hotel in Hoi An! This hotel is in the perfect location! It is really peaceful and their service is exceptional! Lysa has been caring for us everyday with good food and drinks at the pool bar. It has been the most relaxing time and we would definitely be back! They even had a Banh Mi festival during our stay and we got to enjoy many different types of Banh Mi! We also went to happy hour spa everyday which they had an awesome two for one deal 😍 The best stay ever! Highly recommend this place ❤️
