Had such an amazing stay at this hotel, booked the room with a pool view and originally booked 6 nights and extended another 3 we loved it so much. Its truly an oasis and really relaxing spot, good distance to old town hustle and bustle. The koi ponds are majestic, architecture is so cute and feels like paradise. The only thing is that the free bikes do need some care and servicing.

Don't stay here unless you enjoy being woken up at 07.10am by unruly children screaming at each other in the pool, which isn't open until 8am !!!!! When we complained more than once staff did absolutely nothing. Didn't even ask the parents to keep some control over their offspring because they were relatives of the owners. God forbid they might have any consideration for the paying guests.

Horrible experience while trying to relax and enjoy a vacation at Emotion Boutique. There is a rooster nearby that starts making noise at 6am, a bullfrog on property that sounds like a barking dog. The hotel staff started doing construction at 9am and continued after we complained, rudely stating they have to do it. I’m beyond frustrated and would not recommend.

Stayed here 1 night coming from DaNang so we could see a bit of Hoi an, rooms are huge. Very nice gardens with massive Koi ponds and Bonsai trees and a nice pool with ybar. I would like to come back and spend 5 nights here. You could easily just chill out in this area away from the markets and hustle and bustle of old town but not too far.

It is especially frustrating because there is a staff member walking around who is friendly and helpful, but who clearly seems afraid of the lady boss and is therefore of little use. In short: a beautiful location, but absolutely not worth the price – certainly not if you get hardly any service in return. A missed opportunity, because with a different attitude and better management, this could have been a lovely place.
