We loved this property where we stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Hoi An. It’s a nice sized resort with 2 restaurants and several pools. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities needed with a balcony overlooking the infinity pool and the countryside. The breakfast served was excellent, combining both western and local fare. The restaurants too were good and we dined there on multiple occasions, including availing of the happy hours. The property was remarkably well kept and the staff without exception were professional, friendly and helpful. In particular, Hang, the young lady from customer relations was a delight. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, ironing out issues and ensuring that we had a great experience. We hope to return here for a longer stay.

We stayed at several hotels from the La Siesta group during our 18-day trip through Vietnam, and La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa was without a doubt our favorite. From the moment we arrived, we felt something very special about this place. The entire team was warm, kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A very special thank you to Quynh Chloe, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was there for me on every level — professionally, practically, and, just as importantly, emotionally. She always asked, listened, found solutions, gave thoughtful and professional answers, and somehow made us feel as though we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. Her warmth and personal attention meant so much to me. The food was excellent and of a very high standard, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — honestly, one of the best breakfasts we had during our entire trip through Vietnam! We also loved the convenient shuttle service to the Old Town and to the beach. The beach service was a wonderful bonus: comfortable chairs and umbrellas were provided completely free of charge, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. But beyond the beautiful facilities and excellent service, it was the feeling we took with us that made this hotel so special. Thanks to our experience here, Hoi An will remain in our memories as a place we would genuinely love to return to. In fact, we only returned home yesterday, and I have already recommended La Siesta Hoi An to a friend who is planning to visit Vietnam this coming November. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so warm, comfortable and memorable — and especially to Quynh Chloe. ❤️ We hope to see you again!

This may be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, definitely best in vietnam. Hoang took care of us our entire stay, he would greet us at breakfast every morning, give us recommendations and we could WhatsApp him, he’d reply so quickly for all our needs. He was amazing. Food at the restaurant and drinks throughout the day were great. The option of pools was lovely, all very relaxing. You can easily walk into town or use the shuttle. Room was very comfortable and large. The whole place was so clean and inviting. We loved it!

We had such a lovely time at LaSiesta. The hotel is beautiful and really captures the charm of Hoian. The swimming pools are lovely and well maintained and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Hoian in the future A special thank you to Hoang. He was so kind and thoughtful throughout our stay and really made our whole family feel welcome. Thanks to him our family trip became even more special and memorable. Thank you to everyone at LaSiesta for such a wonderful experience

The hotel was exceptional and absolutely wonderful. The architecture, plants, and landscaping perfectly complemented each other, creating an elegant and beautiful environment. Every turn revealed a completely different view, making the resort full of pleasant surprises. It is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.The service staff during breakfast were incredibly friendly and attentive. We were rushing to catch our flight and barely had time to drink the iced coffee we had ordered. A service staff member quickly managed to get the coffee for me and, with a wonderful gesture, said I could take it back to the room and simply leave the cup there. This small favor made the end of our trip truly perfect.The only minor area for improvement was the insufficient lighting in the Kids Club. I believe this could be very easily improved upon. My suggestions would be: first, adding light fixtures above the ball pit area, and second, placing two desk lamps in the children's craft section. This would make the experience much more enjoyable for the children.Overall, the score is extremely high, and I highly recommend this resort!

We chose La Siesta Hoi An to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have felt more right. The resort has the true charm and soul of Hoi An peaceful, warm and beautifully intimate. What made our stay even more special was the genuinely thoughtful and attentive staff. Every little detail made us feel cared for, almost like being at home. A beautiful place, but even more beautiful hospitality. We’ll definitely remember this stay. 💛

La Siesta was the perfect place to unwind. The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk from Hoi An Old Town. We loved the pools, gym, spa, and riding bikes around the property. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though we’d have appreciated a few more fish options. A big thank you to Thao for arranging a delicious shrimp salad for us, and to Tracy at the concierge desk for being so kind and welcoming. The service truly made our stay special. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent personal service throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of delicious food. The breakfast staff were attentive and always greeted us with a smile, making every morning a pleasure. The hotel has beautiful swimming pools, including a peaceful adults-only pool with a stunning view over the rice fields. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!
