Rooms are adequate, bathroom is huge. Aircon works well but is pretty noisy. Balcony was covered by curtain of plants which was nice but also gave us no views. Location is good, only short walk to old town. Breakfast was adequate and we liked the spread. However, the pool was smaller than expected and the gym was virtually useless. Machines are old and few. Room was too warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place close to town and good with a great size and amazing polite and helpful staff. Very nice atmosphere and relaxing vibes for a chilled holiday. The pool is lovely and food opportunities within the hotel are great with a wide variety of foods! The service for the food is also great.

Overall for the price the hotel is ok. The service was mixed with the female receptionist not being polite or helpful. The male staff on the other hand was great. Rooms are a little old but good value for money and spacious. Breakfast was just ok. Location is great and close to ancient town.

Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is truly an impressive hotel and one of the highlights of my stay in Hoi An. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient while still being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. It offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The hotel facilities are outstanding. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa, lounge area, laundry facilities, and many other thoughtful amenities that enhance the overall experience. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally impressive, with strong water pressure and a well-designed layout that made daily routines enjoyable. Service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the biggest surprises was the food. The breakfast spread offers an excellent selection of both Eastern and Western cuisine, alongside authentic Vietnamese dishes. The variety of appetizers, salads, beverages, and desserts was equally impressive, making every breakfast a delightful experience. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. Firstly, there was a noticeable sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom drainage system. The smell was most apparent after returning to the room following a period of absence and could occasionally be quite unpleasant. Secondly, the elevator door sensor did not appear to be functioning optimally. During my stay, another guest did not press the open button, and as I entered the elevator slightly slower, the door closed on my hand, causing a minor cut and slight bleeding. While the injury was not serious, it highlighted a potential safety concern that the hotel may wish to address. Overall, Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, wonderful facilities, comfortable rooms, great service, and fantastic food. With a few maintenance improvements, it would be very close to a perfect stay.

It was actually kinda worth the price, mostly because it wasnt to expensive and was in the center of hoi an. But the internet was very very bad like i could not communicate with anyone what so ever. Rooms Were ok but there were some dirty spots… The pool was great!!! And the whole vibe of the hotel is kinda sweet i liked it very much

5 minutes walk from old Hoi An but without the noise of overcrowded old town. Breakfast beautiful! Love their Vietnamese food. Good air con. Nice people. Swimming pool a bit too cold but perfect if you want to swim lengths.

Nice four star hotel that lives up to its rating. Rooms are adequate, bathroom and walk-in shower quite nice. Service at the front desk was good. They were helpful in arranging tours, airport taxi, etc. Excellent breakfast choices and service. The dining room is pleasant. The location is good. Quiet area but five to eight minute walk to Old Town. Nice massage shop on the corner (30 second walk), laundry shop with a delightful proprietor across the street (10 second walk), lots of restaurants at all price points in an easy walk. My only gripe is they refused a late checkout of one hour. Otherwise, excellent hotel.
