Just spent the most fabulous week here. Cannot speak highly enough of the facilities and the service provided by their lovely friendly team. The pool area is stunning and it was so nice to be able to relax here. Breakfast is next level good! We always choose the breakfast option when we travel and this is by far the best range of delicious fresh food we have had in recent years. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great air con. The Lemongrass Spa treatment was another wow moment, highly recommend. This resort's location gives you the best of both worlds, quiet but still close enough to the action! We will definitely be back!!

An unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality! 🌴✨ We have just spent three incredible days at Rivertown Resort & Spa in Hoi An, and honestly, it has been one of the best hotel experiences of our lives! From the moment we walked in, Mr. Tung made us feel incredibly welcome. He was absolutely amazing, taking the time to sit us down, explain everything and ensure we were comfortable. Within just 10 minutes of checking in, he had arranged an upgrade to a beautiful Riverfront King Room on a higher floor. As if that wasn’t already incredible, we were also treated to complimentary evening high tea, which was hands down one of the most luxurious, elegant and memorable experiences we have ever had. The attention to detail and generosity exceeded all our expectations. We also booked our coconut basket boat experience through the hotel, and everything was organised seamlessly. Our driver picked us up directly from the hotel, and on the way back, when we asked if we could visit the pottery village, he happily dropped us off at no extra cost. These thoughtful gestures really show how much the team cares about its guests. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with a tropical atmosphere, stunning river views and a lovely swimming pool that makes the whole place feel like a little paradise. With the river flowing alongside the property and beautiful views on both sides, it is such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight. The selection was fantastic, and we enjoyed some of the best traditional Vietnamese food we have ever tasted. One particularly lovely touch was watching a lady handcrafting fresh Vietnamese rice paper rolls right there in the buffet area. Everything was delicious, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and welcoming, but Mr. Tung deserves a very special mention. His kindness, professionalism, genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly unforgettable. He made us feel valued and cared for, and he is an absolute credit to the resort. We cannot thank the entire team enough for making our three days in Hoi An so special. It is rare to find a hotel where the facilities, food, atmosphere and hospitality are all this exceptional. If you are visiting Hoi An, we wholeheartedly recommend Rivertown Resort & Spa! We would return in a heartbeat and would love to see Mr. Tung and the wonderful team again. Thank you for making this such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. We will always remember our stay here! ❤️

Friendly and polite staff! Their restaurant The Soul serves good, fresh food, so it's a good place to have lunch. After arriving in Da Nang, we went straight to the hotel, enjoyed lunch at the Soul, relaxed check-in, refreshed in the room, and walked towards Hoi An Night Market and the Old Town easily. I stayed for three days and two nights. It's amazing! Spa is good and has a very good price. The swimming pool looks like a relaxing and nice pool, even though I didn't swim.

Outstanding Hotel to stay in. The staff, location and facilities were beyond excellent. Myself, wife and 9month old stayed here for 2 nights and on our next visit to Hoi An will be staying again. |The hotel was clean and finished to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and it all was really tasty. The gym had a variety of equipment and pools were well maintained and warm enough for our baby to splash in. |The room we had was spacious and the baby cot provided was safe and clean. |From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the staff were welcoming, smiling and professional. Special mention to ********|Our son was so excited to see you.|Great location to the old town (if you’re able) and various other activities can be booked. |Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The experience was made even better by the incredibly warm and helpful staff. A special mention to Ms. Thi and Mr. Tung, who were both amazing throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful, welcoming, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team was exceptional, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The location of the hotel was excellent as well. It was conveniently located near the lantern boat rides and Hoi An Night Market, making it very easy to explore the old town and enjoy the evening atmosphere. We could easily walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we were especially happy when the team upgraded our room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we really appreciated was the complimentary bicycle service. You can take a bicycle from the hotel and use it to explore Hoi An town, which is such a convenient and enjoyable way to get around. It made exploring the area much easier. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff and facilities. Super helpful with providing a wheelchair after I had a fall elsewhere. Prices were excellent, room service and pool bar had huge selection and was tasty. Breakfast buffet superb. In house massage was amazing - 3 hours for approx AUD120. Will definitely return, highly recommend for location, staff, service, price.

Great hotel in a reasonable price range. Nice rooms, great pool and garden area. Really good massage facilities. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only little thing would be the sandwiches at afternoon tea could be improved. And coffee is average - but we just walked to the corner to get a great coffee.

As we experienced throughout our entire trip through Vietnam, the service at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. We had a small issue with our room on the first night. The hotel staff offered a sincere apology and changed our room without hesitation. We also had a fantastic welcome on arrival. Very impressive.
