Had a wonderful stay at this quaint hotel! It is very centrally located and free parking is 5 min away (walking). The staff is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was simple and delicious.

Very cozy hotel near the center of Honfleur. The service was on point and the personnel very lovely and accomodating. The charm and wooden theme of the place made our stay very pleasant. The private terrace is a plus. Unless it's winter and it's very cold.

The place is managed by 3 or 4 young girls. They did the minimum to help us. When we arrived, 2 girls set there in the lobby and said 'bonjour' to us and continued talking to each other and eating. We knocked on the reception, no one answerd. We walked around the place looking for someone to help us and no one was there. After 10 minutes of us wondering the place, I asked the two girls if they know who can help us. Only then they said- "It's us" and came up to the reception desk. Very bad first impression. I was there with my parents (both 70 years old). We were on a 2 weeks vacation and it was our last stop. Each of us had 2 full luggages. They saw it when we arrived and yet put us on the last floor with no elevator and no one to help us carry all 6 luggages. I got hurt doing it myself. One of the girls offered to help and took only one small bag, and thats it. Thats the help we got. They told us that they are locking the front door at night and they gave us a code so we could enter the room. Guess what? The code was wrong and we waited outside the hotel for 30 minutes and prayed for some other guest to enter. They did gave us an energency phone number to call in case we got stuck, but no one picked up!! When we told one of the girls, she didn't even apologied, she just blamed the entire thing on one of the other girls. Breakfast was just ok, nothing more. As a vegetarian I didn't have much to eat. The place is beautiful and the rooms are big, but it is not for older people or for handicap, and the service we got was not fitted with the high price they charge.

Fabulous location. Traditional French rustic charm. The room was clean with lovely linen on the comfortable bed. No stand up shower. We stayed in the Marguerite room which was up a flight of external steep stone stairs. Not suitable for the elderly or those needing easy access. No reception staff.

(Translated by Google) We spent a night as a couple in the Lilas room, and everything was perfect! Close to the town center, charming both inside and out, and a fantastic breakfast! We highly recommend this place if you're visiting Honfleur 👌 Excellent communication with Florine, who was incredibly attentive 😊 (Original) Nous avons passé une nuit en couple dans la chambre Lilas, tout était parfait! Nous vous recommandons cette adresse si vous êtes de passage à Honfleur sans hésiter 👌 Très bonne communication avec Florine qui est aux petits soins 😊

(Translated by Google) Good location but... we only had 2 (old and slightly torn) bath towels for 3 people, and a few cobwebs in the room. Self check-in is available from 5:45 pm. Free parking nearby was recommended, but without specifying that it was only free at night until 8 am. You had to get up in the morning to change parking lots.
