IHG· 2 months agoLocation is definitely brilliant. In the heart of main tourism area, walking distance to many main destinations & attractions, including main train stations, mtr, shopping centres, locals foods, convenience stores - with wide range of selection from most affordable to high end / Michelin stars. The staff warmness and service is another asset to praise. The breakfast is also nice addition to the stay. The hotel itself, the rooms & hallways, overall in a much needed of uplift / refurbish. The room I stayed on, the shower drain was blocked, caused a temporary flood on every shower. The lighting could have been brighter. Overall, the least IHG Hotel in my experiences.

Tripadvisor· a month agoFabulous location! Herman Kwan in concierge was friendly, helpful and polite with good English, First class help! Thank you Herman. Food in Hari’s bar was average and overpriced. Rooms are good albeit aging. Recommend this place to stay. Be careful of overpriced taxi’s, use Ubers

Google· 3 months agoWe stayed at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile for 5 days with family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, making it very easy to access multiple places around the city. Both our check-in and checkout processes were incredibly quick and efficient. The room service team was highly attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. We also loved the excellent breakfast buffet, which conveniently included a few Indian dishes. A huge plus was that all basic amenities were free and not chargeable, which is a rare and welcome surprise compared to how many hotels operate now. Highly recommended for families!

Google· 3 months agoI recently stayed at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong via a travel agent booking. We are a party of 4: a domestic helper, and 2 ladies in their 70s. We had requested adjoining rooms so that my helper and I can keep a close eye on our 2 senior relatives. Upon check-in, apparently, no such request was flagged, to my dismay. However, the Front Desk lady's swift response that she would do a change of rooms the next day made the situation all better. The hotel's location (Tsim Sha Tsui) is excellent, right across the street is the MTR, there's local food cafes, fast food and restaurants. Also, it is walking distance to go to the Cultural Centre, harbour front, space museum and Legoland & Discovery Centre. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my visit, but this was not communicated to guests. The noise level was really bad. In addition, I was surprised that the room did not include complimentary bottled water or a shower cap (we were informed that it costs HKD$5, if a comb is needed, it costs HKD$5 too). These are basic amenities that I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. The pillows were flat too. Overall, my stay was satisfactory due to the great location and awesome guest experience from Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping. Every staff was friendly and cheerful. For a hotel running at full capacity, it really can be challenging to keep up with requests, demands from guests in all directions.

IHG· 3 months agoI had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. A special thank you to Leo at the Front Office, who was exceptionally efficient and professional during both my check-in and check-out. His warm service made the entire process smooth and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the MTR, and the waterfront. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

IHG· a month agoThis was my second time stay at this hotel, they have maintained there standard, rooms are decent and clean, staff is also polite and supportive. one recommendation, they need to increase veg menu mainly during show time as many vegetarian guests were staying there. though veg food was available but not as per the Indian test and only few option available which needs to be improved. that will make veg guests very happy.
