Reasonable price but perfect location, 5min walk from Sheung Wan station exit a2 + easy to get to Central station for Airport Express, 3min walk from Tram stop, also close to the ferry terminal Room is spacious, comfortable and clean thanks to diligent room attendants. Counter staffs are nice. The elevators are quite small but fast. I love the lobby on the second floor with the coffee machine, water dispenser and microwave. Highly recommended !!

I really enjoyed my stay at iclub Sheung Wan Hotel! From my search, this was the cheapest nice hotel in the Sheung Wan area. The price fluctuates, so I was able to wait and try to price optimize. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Amenities were convenient and reasonable, including 50 HKD total for laundry wash and dry. There was plenty of space, including the floor, counter, closet, dresser, safe, and bathroom. Breakfast is provided but pretty light, only some pastries for food. Water bottles are not provided, but a kettle and pitcher are, and worked fine for me. Toiletries did not include floss. Some details were a bit annoying, but none affected me enough to ask for anything to be fixed, but these were in Room 1803, for reference. I've listed my main issues in order of importance: The shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom by a door, only by a thin strip, so water spills over and pools right by the door to the bathroom. Housekeeping cleans every day, so it was bearable. The TV theoretically has YouTube but it wasn't working for me, and I didn't have an HDMI cable it seems I needed to cast from my device. The outlet is controlled by a switch placed right next to the plug, so it takes a bit of angling to plug in an adapter, though it was possible. The AC controls were not very responsive, but the room was nice and cool in general. My closet light wouldn't turn off, so it wasn't possible for me to turn off the lights from the bedside switches.

Excellent location, close to the ferry terminal and close to the MTR station. Also close to a bus stop for the airport bus. Rooms feel modern and clean. A few eateries around. Highly recommend. Appreciated the second floor lobby, where there's several tables you can use to eat or work. There is a water dispenser (hot and cold) and a microwave. Note that the building has 38 floors but only 2 elevators running through all the floors. Though we never experienced a long wait time for the elevators (perhaps because we were always leaving late in the morning and coming back later at night), I can see a possibility of longer wait times during check-out time, as the elevators are small and cannot fit many large suitcases at once.

Loud banging room doors on neighbors' rooms every morning and nights late nights. No good sleep. Slippery room floor if water on floor. I got my knee hurt on 1st week there til now. No cold water neither in bathroom sink or shower. I have to wait for at least 5 mins or more to get colder water in shower. Hotel lifts so slow. One Washer and one dryer not only for visitors but for staffs to do hotel towels and uniforms. There are more unsatisfactory but I am tired to talk more. Cleanliness is the best there in the room only.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an extended period of time, and wanted to share an honest review of my experience. What I liked: 1. For a 3-star hotel in Hong Kong, the room size is quite reasonable. Bed was comfy. 2. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the MTR, trams, and public bus service to the airport. 3. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby. What could be improved: 1. The room condition could use a refresh. The bathroom showed signs of mold and rust, and the caulking around the sink needs to be redone due to noticeable water leakage. The closet lighting sensor was unreliable, and the drawer mechanisms were stiff and would benefit from maintenance (e.g. some lubricants like WD40?). 2. With over 30 floors and only two elevators for guests, wait times can be long, especially during morning peak hours. 3. The gym (along with the small outdoor area) was unavailable for my entire stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. 4. Housekeeping was inconsistent—used items, such as the in-room mug, were not replaced, and on some days, even towels were not replenished.

The room I rented was essentially half of a room. The bed was a fold out couch. There were USB outlets on the desk that did not work. There was only one wall outlet (without an adapter) and was by the door and overall an inconvenience placement. It was a budget room but I did not expect to not have a real bed.

This hotel is very well located with easy public transport access from/to airport and within HK. A short walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport but is in a quiet location. The room was well maintained and clean. By design, the hotel is eco-friendly. Very good services by all the staff. Very good value for money.
