I had a really pleasant stay here! The highlight was definitely the service from the staff, who made the experience feel warm and welcoming. A special mention to Thomas, the bellboy, who was always helpful, friendly and courteous. Polly and Leo from the Club Lounge and VIP check-in were also fantastic. They were welcoming and attentive, and their hospitality really made a difference to my stay. I was also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade with Club Lounge access, which was a lovely touch. The room was a good size, clean and functional, with a partial harbour view. The hotel's location was excellent too, with easy access to nearby places and transport. There were just a couple of small downsides. It would have been nice to have Chromecast in the room, and I was a little disappointed that the complimentary laundry allowance was limited to three pieces per stay rather than per night, especially for a longer stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The room and location were great, but it was the friendly and thoughtful service from Thomas, Polly, Leo, Rainie, Wing, Amy, Kenny and Vivian that made the stay memorable. Thanks to the team for making me feel so welcome — I’d be happy to stay here again!

The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to Harbour City with direct access on 2nd floor. The hotel also has plenty of food options and close to MTR station. A special shoutout to Kiki who was very helpful during my check-in and for giving a free upgrade for my stay. She was very friendly, polite, welcoming and went above and beyond for the hotel guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Stayed at Prince Hotel Marco Polo recently and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with Harbour City and many food spots nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the facilities were well maintained. Only small downside was that the room didn’t come with a bathtub, but everything else was great. Would still recommend for families and shopping trips 👍

An absolutely beautiful hotel that is run by amazing staff who will always help and assist you. The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything you need. Kelvin and all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Housekeeping are fabulous and meticulous. The man who attends our room is very friendly, kind and takes enormous pride in his work. The hotel is connected to Harbour City shopping centre. I highly recommend the Prince Hotel.

My family and I were very impressed with the service from the team at Marco Polo Prince Hotel. In particular, Pinky and Samson at the booking desk went above and beyond and were even kind enough to allow us to return to the hotel and have a shower after a full day of exploring, which we really appreciated. My daughter also really enjoyed the gym facilities, especially the fresh cold water and complimentary apples. The 3 large spacious beds were very comfortable, and overall the hotel was a quiet and lovely place to stay. The concierge team of Wilson and Gary couldn’t be more helpful coming in and going out. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

First time to stay at Marco Polo Prince. The location as expected is very ideal as it’s connected to Harbour City mall. Service was impeccable. Rooms were clean and bright. Compared to Gateway hotel, this is more hip. I was quite surprised to see Dianne Tobias at the continental club floor as normally she’s stationed at the Gateway Hotel. Dianne helped us arrange our room reservations together with all our requests during our stay. We enjoyed the amenities at the Continental Club floor and all the team members there were really accommodating.

I am absolutely impressed with the complete top to bottom renovation to Prince Hotel. Location second to none. Superb service especially the Continental Club team of Rainie, Polly, Kenny, Leo,Amy and Annie. Can't thank them enough. A special mention for Rainie you went out of your way to secure the best room in the house for me. Most memorable for all the effort for everything. Top value for a spanking clean "new hotel". The club floor rooms are a must you wouldn't hear a thing eventhough you are smack in the middle of Tsim Tsai Tsui. Kudos keep it up. Highly recommended.
