Our stay at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort in Hawaii was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The location is hard to beat, with beautiful ocean views and direct access to Waikiki Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The atmosphere throughout the resort felt relaxing and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and waking up to the incredible scenery each day was definitely a highlight. I also enjoyed the resort amenities, especially the pool area and the convenient dining options. Overall, this resort provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and the Hawaiian vacation experience. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Waikiki.

My experience at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort was fantastic from start to finish. The location alone is unbeatable — right on Waikiki Beach with stunning ocean views that make every morning feel like a postcard. Being able to walk straight onto the sand or explore the shops and restaurants nearby made everything incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, with plenty of space to relax after a long day out. I especially loved the balcony views — easily one of the highlights of the stay. The staff deserves a shout‑out too. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with small requests, they made the stay feel smooth and stress‑free. The pool area was another standout. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely gorgeous, and it never felt overcrowded. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Hawaiian sun. Overall, Sheraton Waikiki delivered exactly what you’d hope for in a Waikiki vacation: comfort, convenience, and a little bit of luxury. I’d happily stay here again.

There are many choices for resorts/hotels in Honolulu. I have stayed in many of them; however, my first overall choice is the Sheraton Waikiki Beach resort. Number one reason is the location. The Sheraton is situated right in the middle of everything and on the beach side. you can easily walk everywhere. Waikiki beach is at your back door, don't need to cross the street to get to the beach. The service is outstanding! The infinity pool is the most relaxing and beautiful spot in Waikiki. Rooms are clean and neat, over-all hotel was very neat and clean. Rum Fire restaurant has a wonderful menu and views of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head, live entertainment, seating inside and outside.|I would highly recommend the ocean front Diamond Head view room, lower levels. Rent a cabana chase lounge for the day at the infinity pool, pool service available. Also, visit the Royal Hawaiian next door and Moana Surfrider, all three hotels share, dinning and pool privileges, nice perk.|I will continue to make Sheraton Waikiki my go to when visiting Oahu.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the nice designer stores and lovely food places. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained, beds are comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach

Our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki was spectacular! This hotel offers so many advantages, starting with its unbeatable central location right on the beach. There are several excellent dining options onsite, including RumFire and Kai Market, which offers a breakfast buffet for $42 per person (fully covered through the Costco package we purchased). One of the highlights was the variety of complimentary activities available to us. We participated in morning meditation, yoga, lei making, and bracelet making, all of which simply required advance booking. The hotel also conveniently stored our luggage for several hours after checkout, allowing us to enjoy our last day without carrying our bags around. We booked an ocean-view room overlooking the infinity pool, and the views were incredible. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to ocean views each morning made for a truly relaxing experience. The bathroom was another standout feature, equipped with a fully functioning bidet. We also appreciated the complimentary reusable water bottles provided during our stay. The lobby and common areas offered plenty of entertainment, including a pool table, shuffleboard and foosball. Despite being a very large and popular resort, the property was well managed. The only downside was how busy it could get, with crowds frequently gathering in the lobby and common areas. However, even during peak times, elevator wait times were surprisingly short, typically no more than 1–2 minutes. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would gladly return. The combination of location, amenities, complimentary activities, and beautiful ocean views made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Waikiki.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful Waikiki Beach with stunning ocean views. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool area, the beach access, and the breathtaking sunsets. Everything was organized very well, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Honolulu. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!

Last time we were there was a couple of years ago. I have been several times over the years as far back as when the main pool was just a small circular pool. The main draw for me is the location of the hotel (in the middle of major shopping - great for strolling after dinner), the spectacular ocean views from the room, the beautiful ocean and the adult infinity pool. The hotel is huge with banks of elevators serving the mass of guests coming in and out like people at Costco. The hotel directly next door (the Halekulani) has a casual restaurant on the beach called The House Without A Key. This is an amazing place to go to sit and watch the amazing sunset, while listening to live music and drinking what is probably the best Mai Tai on the island. After dinner, you can walk along the main street and look at all the beautiful shops which is like Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The rooms have been nicely upgraded over the years but again, IMHO, it's all about the view. As I choose to watch the sunset next door, I don't need it from our room - I'd rather have the city and ocean view which is just stunning. Keep in mind, this is a large and extremely busy hotel with kids so it's not for everyone. This hotel will appeal to families with kids as the family pool is huge and has slides etc. Additionally, the hotel is right on the beach so you have the ocean right there as well.

Staying at the Sheraton Waikiki was such a nostalgic and unforgettable experience for me. This hotel holds many special memories, and returning here felt like coming back to a beloved place filled with happiness. The beachfront location is absolutely incredible. The beach itself is one of the best parts of the stay—beautiful, lively, and perfect for enjoying the stunning Hawaiian scenery. One of the most heartwarming moments was seeing a baby honu (Hawaiian sea turtle) swimming gracefully in the clear waters nearby. It was a truly magical experience that made this trip even more memorable. The hotel’s location in the very center of Waikiki is unbeatable. Everything is within easy reach, from world-class shopping to countless excellent restaurants. Whether you want to explore luxury boutiques, pick up souvenirs, or enjoy a variety of dining options, it’s all just steps away. Sheraton Waikiki perfectly combines convenience, breathtaking views, and the spirit of Hawaii. For anyone looking for an iconic Waikiki stay with direct beach access and endless entertainment nearby, this hotel is an outstanding choice. I would gladly return again and again to relive these wonderful memories.
