Very pleasant stay! I got this hotel booked via Pickyourtrail. A phenomenal choice by the PYT team. I just loved how friendly the hotel staff were, and the rooms were fantastic. Clean, spacious, amazing view of the alps. Had access for strollers for children and access for wheelchair if you need it. Very accessible in terms of transportation, right next to Uni Sportstatten bus stop. Close to the AirPort. You can access the city centre via the F Flughafen bus line. Same bus will get you to the hotel from Innsbruck HBF. Overall a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend staying here. And the hotel offers you Innsbruck city plus card if you are staying for 3 nights and above and less than 3 I think you still get free public transportation.

Friendly, welcoming hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Ideally situated 3-4 mins walk from Innsbruck airport. Clean, modern. Good restaurant. Very plentiful selection of food and drink for both breakfast and evening meal. Would have no hesitation in returning. Thank You.

Solid hotel very close to the airport. Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling through. Hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. I would say the lobby, bar and restaurant area is perhaps a bit old fashioned in styling but perfectly fine. Rooms are of a high standard, comfortably and well maintained, albeit a little sparse in terms of facilities or extra comforts - generally they are quite basic. Buffet breakfast was ok but not a standout. Parking facilities are good - there is an open car parking immediately opposite the hotel which has the entrance locked at night. I did not use the restaurant in the evening so can’t comment on that. I’m terms of value, it felt to me as a little on the expensive side relative to the standard of hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Very nice stay only a short walk from Innsbruck airport. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Rooms are modern and clean, staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Nice breakfast. The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

Penz Hotel West: The Absolute Highlight of My Austria Trip! Hands down, Penz Hotel West was one of the best stays on my entire Austria adventure—a true standout that I'd return to in a heartbeat (100% sure thing next time!). The staff? Phenomenal—hats off to the entire front desk and restaurant teams! They were incredibly attentive, professional, and always greeted me with genuine, warm smiles. No query went unanswered; they anticipated needs and elevated every interaction to perfection. Thumbs up all around—you feel truly cared for here. Location is over-the-top brilliant, right beside the airport for ultimate convenience, yet offering stunning views of the mountains. I savored morning coffee on the terrace, mesmerized by the sunrise painting the peaks in golden hues—pure magic to start the day. Rooms delivered on every front: spotlessly clean, super comfortable with all the amenities you'd expect (think plush beds, rain showers, fast Wi-Fi, and more). Everything felt modern and inviting. If you're flying into Austria, this is your spot. 5/5 stars – Book it now!

Kind of old-fashioned, but clean place. Service was nice at the reception, bar and breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport, which was an important criterion for us. Public transport into the city was good.

This hotel is superb! Location is very close to airport, 5 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable. We could see beautiful view of mountains from the room. Breakfast was amazing (there is a very kind and friendly man in the restaurant every morning offering coffee to everyone). We got welcome card that enable us to use public transport for free, bus stop is only 1 min walk from the hotel. Room utilities were amazing. Staffs were kind and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tip: below the light switch for your bathroom is the switch that lower some blinds for the windows to make it very dark in case you need to sleep in late before your flight. 5 min walk to airport I was very impressed with this airport hotel. A lot of times they are overpriced and not very nice since you don’t have many options. I would have paid almost twice as much as I did. Is it clean, polished place. The rooms are comfortable and are very modern. The breakfast bar has many choices There is a parking lot that also there is a large gym with a lot of nice equipment and sauna They have a restaurant for dinner, also. Please hit like appropriate!
