I stayed in the Bomonti Business Suite, and it was a very nice room that made me feel cozy and right at home. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with one queen bedroom, one twin room with two beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a dining table. I also really enjoyed the gym and swimming pool. Both facilities were clean, well maintained, and very well equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Sulyman Altas, the housekeeper who kept my room tidy and clean throughout my stay. Thank you for your hard work, care, and attention to detail! Another special thanks to OSMaN Keklikdere from the concierge team, who kindly helped me book a restaurant, suggested places to visit, and assisted with many other things during my stay. His helpful service made my experience even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and caring service from the team.

Had a really nice stay at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Mrs. Ece Yildiz and Mrs. Azize at the reception for being especially kind and helpful during my stay. The 24/7 gym is a big plus and has a great selection of equipment. The hotel has a modern, comfortable atmosphere and is a great place to relax after a day in Istanbul. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.

Great hotel! Everything clean, tidy, service is great. We enjoyed our short stay there. Loved room-service breakfast. N.B: taking a taxi in Istanbul check taximeter and in case something is wrong insist on it. Be careful even when taxi is caught by hotel staff. P.S. for russian travellers: Union Pay (russian agricultural bank) is accepted in this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bomonti Istanbul. The hotel is excellent, but what really made our experience special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Seran, Volkan, Mustafa, Emes, and Mehmet, the kitchen coordinator, for their outstanding service and for always being so friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm and genuine hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel at home. Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasant experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—it’s close to everything and made it very easy to get around the city. The hotel staff were always friendly, professional, and very understanding. Whenever we had a request or needed assistance, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed El Masry for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. His professionalism and willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very nice and always cleaned to perfection, the employees are sweet and make sure everything goes well for you, on top of being very polite. We picked the breakfast option and were left in shock with the employees. Never have we ever seen people with such sweetness and enthusiasm to help customers! It was particularly Yagmur Sila Ugurlu who made our experience absolutely wonderful. She was the sweetest and most qualified person ever! She made sure that me and my mother had everything we needed, told us to call her if we wanted anything and took care of our table in a way that made us enjoy our experience in a memorable way! She was always smiling and looked very happy to serve us, we loved it! The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of different types of dishes, from salty to sweet, the food was fresh and you could see the cooks preparing it right in front of you! Our stay at the Hilton Hotel was very pleasant, it was our first time in Turkey and choosing it made our trip more pleasing than we could imagine!

Five-star hotel? The check-out experience certainly wasn't! Checked out at 5:30am and was met with zero acknowledgement, zero greeting, and zero communication. The receptionist stayed on the phone, charged my card without explaining anything, ignored the fact I was already waiting, and started entertaining guests who had just arrived.. Called the man out and all I got was a rude attitude. Can’t be dealing with this nonsense that early in the AM. As for the room service itself—lukewarm food and soggy chips. At those prices? Not good enough. I understand being short-staffed, but that's no excuse for poor service.. 0/10. Do better
