Prime location. Excellent staff - supportive, compassionate and enthusiastic. Top tier hospitality. Management is competent and we'll equipped in both resources and knowledge. Room interiors could be better. I'd suggest room cleanup twice per day like several other hospitality chains. Overall a great experience though. And cherry on top is state of the art gym and spa - on par with any good fitness Thanks for ms. Phoolwati and kiran , mr govind, javed

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was perfect and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming for kids and elders. Special thanks to Muskaan for her exceptional hospitality - she took great care of our family and her attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Highly recommend for families!

I booked for one more day so I instead of 1-4 march , we added march 5 also. We paid for it,in 2 blocks .. March 1-4 & march 5 , got a voucher but the front desk lady G, Pandaya refused to honour it and asked us to check out on the 4 th. She was extremely rude. She said it was a spam. When l showed the proof she still refused to honour it. Will not suggest staying at Clark’s amber.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Clarks Amer! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner experience was very good, with delicious food and great variety. The location is perfect and easily accessible. Overall, a wonderful experience with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

We visited Jaipur during the Janamasthami extended holiday and planned to stay in Clarks. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Clarks Amer, Jaipur. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, spacious rooms, and a convenient location close to the Pink City and major attractions. The staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and the overall hospitality made the experience memorable. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the clean, comfortable surroundings. I would happily recommend Clarks Amer to families, couples, and business travellers visiting Jaipur.

I stayed there for work and was pleasantly amazed with the hospitality. The first impression at front desk was really... I didn't that level of customer delight anywhere during my stays... Ms. Muskaan and Mr. Akshay were exceptional. I loved their rooftop restaurant as well, food was good and that nice Rajasthani touch that I've been for so long. This is going to be my work stay always.

I recently stayed here on my solo trip and it was an amazing experience. From the warm welcome to the comfortable room, everything was spot-on. Muskaan from the staff was absolutely incredible - her friendly nature and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Perfect place for solo travelers. Will definitely be back
