We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home. The hotel meets the high standards and quality we are used to and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the dinner was outstanding, especially the oriental dishes, which were incredibly flavourful. We celebrated our Bachelor’s degree graduation during our stay. Upon our sister’s request, the hotel beautifully decorated our room, which made the occasion even more special. We would like to give a special thank you to Manjeet Singh for organising everything so thoughtfully and making our celebration truly memorable. Another experience that touched us deeply was when we accidentally left our gold diamond earrings behind in our room. A member of the hotel staff found them and immediately helped organise their safe delivery to Jaipur. We are incredibly grateful for the honesty, care, and professionalism shown by the team. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Akanksha Wanjari and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Dining Experience & Exceptional Hospitality We had a truly wonderful dining experience, enjoying the dinner buffet, breakfast, and a specially customized birthday cake for our nephew. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the food quality, taste, presentation, and service were excellent. The entire experience was smooth, warm, and memorable. A special mention and heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Gopal Ji, Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and personal attention. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and well-coordinated throughout our visit. He personally ensured that every arrangement was taken care of and made sure our nephew’s birthday celebration was truly special and memorable. We would also like to appreciate the entire restaurant team for their professionalism, prompt service, and welcoming attitude. Their efforts made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our dining experience. Overall, it was a memorable experience with great food, excellent service, and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Thank you, Mr. Gopal Ji, and the entire restaurant team, for making our nephew’s birthday celebration so special! 🙏🎂✨

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean staff was amazing very helpful they even decorated the room as it was my sisters wedding anniversary. Best for family and couples . I would recommend it 100% if your going to Jaipur definitely stay in this hotel 5/5…

Lovely place to stay in jaipur. Rooms were neat and clean service was quick. Food was amazing and staff was very polite and generous. The hair saloon guy is not good, he dsnt know the proper work. He should improve his skills. Breakfast menu was so big but if you stay for long the menu was almost same. But the taste and freshness was good. Almost all tourist attraction were near by approx 20 to 30 min. Just the amer fort is on the other side. Recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Conference & Hospitality Experience at Hilton Jaipur I attended an official meeting at Hilton Jaipur on 18th July 2026, and I had a great experience. The conference hall was spacious, well-organized, and provided a professional atmosphere for meetings and presentations. The lighting, air conditioning, and overall ventilation were excellent, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the event. The food and beverage service was outstanding, with a good variety of delicious and well-prepared refreshments. The hotel staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, making the event run smoothly. The washrooms were spacious, hygienic, and exceptionally clean, reflecting the hotel's high standards of maintenance. Overall, Hilton Jaipur delivered excellent hospitality and world-class conference facilities. Had an amazing 3-night stay at Hilton Jaipur! The service was excellent and the staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I had to start my day very early for a trip to Agra, which meant I would miss breakfast. The Hilton team was so thoughtful that they actually prepared a breakfast box for me, filled with pastries, fruits and drinks for my journey. It was such a lovely gesture and really made me feel well taken care of. On my last day, I also arranged chartered transportation before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, I forgot the driver’s name, but I really appreciated his professionalism and concern for my safety. Since I had found a factory through Google and wanted to visit it, he even helped check the location beforehand to make sure it was legitimate and safe before I entered. As a solo female traveller, this gave me a lot of peace of mind. One area for improvement would be the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets. It would be nice to have a wider variety of international cuisines and more protein options. That said, the dessert selection was absolutely amazing — I loved it! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful service from the Hilton Jaipur team. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
