The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and satisfying, and the service provided was excellent. What impressed me the most was the honesty of the laundry staff. I had accidentally left some money in my pocket when I sent my clothes for laundry. The laundry staff noticed it, returned the money, and even left a note. This thoughtful and honest gesture was truly amazing and made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Jaipur and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was quick and hassle-free and my room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed. What stood out most was how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a bustling city, the hotel felt like a quiet retreat, and I slept well every night. The food was good with a decent breakfast variety, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the location was convenient for exploring major attractions. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, calm stay in Jaipur.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The stay was comfortable, service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. I want to specially appreciate Chef Vipin and his team for going above and beyond to prepare customized meals for me due to my health restrictions. That personal touch made all the difference. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Very convenient location, services are slow when made on phone from the room, calls were not picked at times, pool water should be cleaner, dinenr menu needs improvement. Breakfast menu was very good. Check in and check out smooth. Washrooms must have genuine showers/ceiling showers, not merley hand showers doubling up as showers. Water flow should better.

Review: I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, making my stay truly enjoyable. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. My only suggestion is to consider an earlier check-in time, as 3:00 PM feels a bit late. The 12:00 PM check-out time is perfectly fine. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would be happy to stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. I arrived late at night after my car broke down, and the hotel staff made a stressful situation much easier for me. From the moment I reached the hotel, they were courteous, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The team went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. In the morning, they helped me find a reliable mechanic and continued to follow up with me to check whether I was facing any inconvenience. Their kindness, professionalism, and prompt support truly stood out. I am very grateful for the care and assistance provided by the staff. It was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. The hotel is in a great location, making it an ideal base for exploring Jaipur. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone in the family. It was the perfect way to start each day. The only minor downside was the folding bed provided for our son, which wasn’t particularly comfortable. However, our bed was excellent, and we all slept well otherwise. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.
