From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and personally escorted to my room, where the facilities were thoughtfully introduced.|The room was absolutely beautiful! As a Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a stunning suite with a private pool. What an amazing surprise for my anniversary stay! It made the occasion even more special and memorable. The hotel facilities were lovely and very well maintained. The entire property has such an elegant and luxurious feel, and I truly enjoyed walking around and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. I really appreciated that the main course was prepared à la carte rather than simply being part of a buffet. Each dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and tasted excellent. It made breakfast feel much more special and personal. We also had dinner at Sehara, and the food was fantastic. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. A special mention to Khuna, who was exceptional throughout the evening. Khuna took such great care of us, was attentive to every detail, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. From the warm hospitality and beautiful suite to the excellent food and thoughtful service, everything came together to make our anniversary truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and would love to return again!

From the moment we arrived the awe & grandeur of the Raffles Jaipur is breathtaking. The intricate attention to detail is magnificent as is the decor, interior design, colours, lighting, furniture and quality. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we were fortunate to be upgraded. The bedrooms are spacious and kitted out very well. The butler service (we had Nim & Hershita) both ladies gave 150% attention to detail and made our stay flawless. Shout out also to Souvik in the ‘writers bar’ who introduced to the house speciality drink “Jaipur Sling” a gin cocktail worth trying. The Writers Bar is one of the most beautiful bar room decked with books I have seen. Its would help if all staff had and wore Name badges..Neha the Hotel manager was also very welcoming and helpful in a professional capacity.

Luxury price, Roadside service We came to Raffles Jaipur expecting world-class hospitality. We left questioning how this property is allowed to use the Raffles name. *Toddler food:* We simply asked for a paratha for our child. We were told only khichdi, fruit, or apple purée were “complimentary” and a basic paratha would be billed. After we pushed back, they served it for free. If it’s free, why refuse a guest first? If it’s chargeable, why waive it? The policy made no sense and set the tone for the stay. *Dining:* Lunch was a 30-minute wait for butter chicken and paratha, followed by the wrong order, then another 15-minute wait. The final bill still had the wrong charge for paratha. When we pointed it out, we were made to feel like we were nitpicking instead of getting a basic apology. That’s not how luxury hotels handle mistakes. *High tea:* Coffee was declared “not included” in high tea. The cappuccino we were served was weak and stale — easily the worst I’ve had at any 5-star property. When we asked for a second round of sandwiches and paneer bites, the portions were cut down so visibly it felt petty. The building is gorgeous. The interiors are photo-worthy. But architecture is not hospitality. At Raffles-level pricing, guests expect staff who are trained, empowered, and guest-focused. We got hesitation, billing errors, portion-cutting, and zero service recovery. For the rates Raffles Jaipur charges, this level of service is unacceptable. Management needs to decide if it wants to run a luxury hotel or just a beautiful building with below average service.

Raffles Jaipur – Famous Hi-Tea Experience We tried the famous Hi-Tea at Raffles Jaipur, and overall, it was a good experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with luxurious interiors and an elegant atmosphere that truly reflects the Raffles brand. The staff were courteous, and the service during our visit was good. The presentation was nice, and the overall ambience made the experience special. However, the Hi-Tea is definitely on the expensive side, especially considering the portion sizes. The portions felt quite small, and I feel there is room for improvement in this area. Another point that could be improved is the booking experience for outside guests. Getting a clear response over the phone before the visit was somewhat difficult, which made the reservation process less convenient. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and the luxury ambience of Raffles Jaipur. With slightly better portion sizes and a smoother reservation process for outside guests, the experience could be even better.

So far raffles jaipur was the best property i visited. Amazing architecture, amazing staff and best hospitality. A special thanks to muskan that was our butler. I didnt even had to move a muscle and everything was served to me in minutes. Most beautiful and comfortable stay so far. Looking forward to come back again soon.

My experience at Raffles Jaipur was truly exceptional. It is undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Jaipur, offering luxury, warmth, and unforgettable hospitality. A special thanks to Ms. Neha Sharma and Mr. Sandeep for their incredible care and kindness. The way they treated my family, especially bringing such a beautiful smile to my child’s face, meant so much to us.
