What a jewel, what an absolutely stunning building. From the wonderful greeting, thru the sumptuous rooms to the excellent cuisine, everything exceeded our expectations. Our tour through India has taken us to many 5* Taj hotels and this was our absolute favourite. 200 + peacocks in the surrounding gardens were a beautiful touch and quite fascinating to observe. The dining experience was second to none in the lavishly appointed and nostalgically elegant Suvarna Mahal with its gold-plated crockery and cutlery where we were served by Pankaj who could not have been more helpful and attentive. All in all a wonderful experience.

Visiting Rambagh Palace is honestly an unforgettable experience. You aren't just booking a room here; you are stepping right into a piece of Rajasthan's royal history. The moment you enter the gates, the sheer scale and beauty of the architecture leave you completely speechless. The Property and Vibe The grounds are massive and incredibly well-maintained. Walking through the lush gardens with peacocks casually roaming around was an absolute highlight. The vintage cars parked near the entrance give the place such a classic, old-world charm. It’s incredibly peaceful and feels totally cut off from the noise of the city. Rooms and Hospitality The rooms are exactly what you’d expect from a former Maharaja’s residence—spacious, luxurious, and packed with heritage details, yet very comfortable. But what really sets this hotel apart is the legendary Taj hospitality. The staff is genuinely warm and pays attention to the smallest details to make you feel like royalty from check-in to check-out. Dining The food at Suvarna Mahal was spectacular. The traditional Rajasthani dishes are rich and perfectly spiced, and eating in that grand, high-ceiling dining hall makes it feel like a royal feast. If you want to experience true luxury in Jaipur, this property is worth every penny. A perfect 5-star experience!

Everyone has already mentioned about the hotel location, ground and views in their reviews and i couldn't agree more. Spread over a vast area, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. So are the rooms - beautifully decorated and palace-like It's always nice to see so many peacocks roaming around the grounds without any fear. Food was great at the restaurants I tried for dinner. The folk dance and songs were a nice touch in the evenings. Now let's talk about the not-so-good things . Reception staff service was a bit inconsistent. Some of them said hello or greeted you when you were coming in/ going out. Other times there wasn't much of any type of greeting (Leela hotels surpassed in this category all the way). Breakfast had a la carte options along with a few options in the buffet. Definitely not a variety of options you'll find at other 5 star hotels in India. Breakfast staff were friendly and looked after me the first day - however on the 2nd day, even though I was the only one in the restaurant at the time with few staff members available in the restaurant, there was hardly any service from the staff which I found very troubling for a hotel this calibre. The hotel isn't cheap by any means so service should be exemplary from all members. I didn't find it here and as I mentioned earlier, Leela hotels excelled in this category at every location I stayed. To the management team, please try to focus on customer service training so that the team can provide flawless service to all guests and guests feel welcomed at every encounter with every staff member.

It was a beautiful experience and a celebration we will always cherish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at Rambagh Palace, Jaipur. From the moment we arrived, everything felt very special. The palace is absolutely beautiful, and the royal architecture, gardens, and overall atmosphere are simply amazing. What I liked most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and took care of even the small details. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the entire property was very peaceful and clean. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. Staying at Rambagh Palace feels less like staying in a hotel and more like experiencing a piece of Jaipur’s royal history. Definitely worth experiencing at least once! ❤️👑

Title: Anniversary Stay Overlooked - Preferential Treatment Observed* We decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary (14-09-2026) at Rambagh Palace and accordingly booked from 12th Sep - 15th Sep. I had informed the hotel about our anniversary during booking and again at check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgement on the Anniversary Day at all - no wishes, no cake, flowers, or any gesture. During check-in, there was a large group of foreign / western travellers checking in at the same time. The staff seemed entirely focused on that group. Even though we had travelled all the way from Chennai, we were not even offered water / welcome drink. The lady was busy serving drinks to the foreign guests. You can check the reception CCTV to verify this. We felt ignored and sidelined. Later, we requested for tea in the garden, but were told it is served only if we opted for High Tea and otherwise not possible even if we are paying, without offering any alternative, even though we have had dined our 3 meals in the palace itself. The palace is magnificent, but the service felt biased and not up to the Taj standard, especially for a special occasion with family. A special mention to Mr. Khateeb whom we met on the second day, who went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Wish we could have met him during check-in, I believe he would have arranged a memorable anniversary. Mr. Pushpendra Singh Chauhan is the one who assisted us during check-in and we had informed him about our anniversary.

Anslem made the visit more magical than I expected it could be. I wish I could give him something meaningful to express that gratitude, perhaps a painting one day. He was so thoughtful and was able to give me a detailed tour of the beautiful oil paintings near the Veranda cafe. It was such a meaningful interaction and filled me with wonder and hope for my own artistic career. Anslem may you find great fortune and happiness, and I hope we meet again!
