This was a short stay at the Rajvilas. I had requested an early check in, which was granted to me. We were nicely welcomed into the main lobby where the GM, Mr. Sawhney, met us personally for a brief chat. The Rajvilas was looking as beautiful as ever and the sprawling gardens and greens truly evoked wonderful a sense of place and belonging. Our Garden room was spacious and beautifully appointed. So many Oberoi Vilas properties have curated their tasteful interiors drawing inspiration from the Rajvilas. The absolute highlight for me at Rajvilas was the washroom, especially with the sunken bath, which the housekeeping team carefully prepared with fragrant salts and roses in the evening. The housekeeping team at this property manages to impress and surpass its own lofty standards on every subsequent stay. The other “must do” experience at the property is the Spa. That evening, we experienced wonderfully tailored ASMI treatments in their large couples therapy suite and we returned to our room completely rejuvenated. We only ordered IRD during this stay, and both our meals were excellent in terms of taste and quality. The breakfast at Suryamahal was also an enjoyable experience the next morning. After this short stay, we received a very warm send-off from the team. In my opinion, the Rajvilas is the kind of property that makes you forget the city or place you are visiting. This is the typical “check-in and stay-in” kind of property for me. I mean this as praise since the incredible food, service, grounds, wellness facilities, and overwhelming Oberoi hospitality make you not want to leave the hotel at any time during your stay. Further, having experienced two incredible stays under the stewardship of Mr. Sawhney at another Oberoi property, I am certain that the Rajvilas experience is only getting better. I look forward to my next visit.

An exceptional stay that once again reminded me why The Oberoi is in a class of its own. While Oberoi Rajvilas is undoubtedly a breathtaking property, it is the staff who make the experience truly unforgettable. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and dedication were evident throughout our stay. A special note of gratitude to Mr. Novesh, Mr. Soham, and the wonderful Chef Tisha—their remarkable hospitality, exceptional service, and culinary expertise made our time there extra special. An absolutely royal experience at The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The property is stunning - lush gardens, heritage architecture, and luxury at every corner. The rooms and amenities are world-class. A special mention to Mr. Vishal, the General Manager. His hospitality and attention to detail made everything truly memorable. He ensured every request was handled with warmth and professionalism. This property is incredibly special. The buildings, grounds and surrounds are beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The service is exceptional and authentic. There is a feeling of serenity, spaciousness and privacy throughout the resort. We went for my husband's 40th birthday and the team did so many little surprises to make him (and I!) feel very special.

We have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts around the world, but our experience at The Oberoi Rajvilas truly stood out. The level of service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. What impressed us most was the consistency—every single employee we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. It is rare to find a property where such outstanding hospitality is demonstrated by every member of the team. The food was equally impressive. Every meal was beautifully prepared, with excellent quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a wonderful variety of options. The resort itself is stunning, and the people make this property truly special. Their attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction set a standard that even many of the world's finest luxury hotels struggle to match.

An absolutely wonderful stay at The Oberoi Rajvilas! The property is breathtaking, beautifully maintained, and so well taken care of. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality from Triambika, Dev, and Sawan- their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed. I also thoroughly enjoyed the bangle-making experience, which was such a fun and memorable touch. From the beautiful surroundings to the thoughtful service, every detail was exceptional. A truly unforgettable experience. I would happily return!

What can I say? This place is amazing, from the people to the service to the food — everything was beautiful. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in some very luxurious hotels, but we have never experienced the level of service that was provided by the whole team here, and especially by Amhika. She is truly exceptional. Whatever trips we had booked, Amhika was always aware of our itinerary and made sure she was on top of everything. She ensured people turned up on time and would always arrange takeaway breakfast or lunch for us when needed. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she always did everything with a smile.. She even liaised with our car driver to make sure he knew exactly where to go and would phone him to check that we had arrived at our destination. The attention to detail and care she gave us really made our stay so special. The breakfasts and dinners were sumptuous. We particularly enjoyed their thali, with such a wonderful selection of curries — truly delicious. A big shout-out to the chefs for the fantastic food, and also for the great cooking class we had, which was such an enjoyable experience. The whole team should be incredibly proud. We felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived, and Amhika in particular made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day.
