In my opinion it’s the best hotel in Jakarta.I have been coming here for many years now and return time and time again the facilities are brilliant and the beds are so comfortable.Its the staff that really make it and all of the staff are so professional.So next time your in Jakarta try it out and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.Oh Yesh the buffet breakfast is brilliant.

Place is a bit old. Some lights has no switches besides the bed, and has to walk to locate its cable switch in order to switch off. Time to refresh via major renovation

Attention to all future guest!!! My honest review comes upon arrival where the hotel staff greet you with the best smiles! Ms Jessy who entertain me during check in also very detailed on my special request and I got the best view of room and Non smoking room for sure! This is legit review from me myself. No wonder this hotel receive such a high rating! They deserved it!!!! The hotel room also very clean! Oh How I wish to stay here longer but of course I will come back in future. You can see the video and picture I attached, I am so in love with the room 🥰 Well done all!

I stayed in room 1601, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. The Front Office service was excellent, especially Mr. Widi, the receptionist, who was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
