Had a great stay at Brits Hotel. The service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they allowed me to have an early check-in, which made my stay much more convenient. Thank you for the great hospitality!

(+) AC adequate. Hot water okay but sometimes not hot enough. Theres an outdoor gym but no weights. No pool. Parking grounds available just across the street because the hotel grounds itself is quite limited. Smart tv with netflix and youtube available. Quite a variety of breakfast buffet. (-) Wifi really laggy some times. Had a hard time just logging out of our netflix account.

I have had a great experience at the Brits hotel. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel room is clean and has a nice view. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is a minibar is missing in the standard room and the executive room. Also the room is not cleaned everyday and I have to ask for toilet paper as it has not been replenished. Also the room I stayed for the first few nights is a little noisy as it’s the end room and next to the aircon block. I changed to another room and it’s much better thanks to the awesome staff. I would give it 9/10.

Room is tiny for the price. Soundproof is really bad. I can hear sound from outside prayer and music from rooftop (especially the bass). Breakfast coffee is a nescafe? Taste like water with instant coffee. Its a joke.

Response from the property

Dear Ms. Imelda Wang, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. We regret the inconvenience caused by the room size and the noise disturbance from outside activities and rooftop music. Your comments regarding soundproofing have been noted and shared with our management for further improvement. We are also sorry to hear that the breakfast coffee did not meet your standards, and this feedback has been forwarded to our team for evaluation. We truly appreciate your honest review, as it helps us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a better experience in the future. Warm regards, Management BRITS Hotel Puri Indah
