Good service by bell boy. Service staff attentive and helpful. |A few issues can be looked into:-|Housekeeping wasnt done as we upload housekeeping sign only at 10.30am|Shower overhead leak water when hand shower is on. Likely the housekeeping staff didnt highlight to maintenance staff b4 we checked in so when we checked in problem was oredi there. IT Was too late to do anything as its a major repair. Co-ordination required.|Good to have a small table in masterroom to place bags n luggage as its a room for 2 pax. |Other than tat..we r happy at frasers

The location is located in Menteng which very convenient to everywhere. Is take 10-15min to mall like Grand Indonesia mall, 5-10min walk to Gondangdia train station which alots of local traditional food there. The room is specious, clean n tidy, there’s washing machine which is very convenient to those who are travelFor long days, u can wash n dry your cloths. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Alhamdulillah great experience staying here. Had an enjoyable breakfast with tasty food and attentive friendly staff. Credits to Zahra, Raisa, Sasha and all team in resto. Also credits to FO staff who helped us to checked in at night when the hotel was very busy with 100% occupancy. Well Done!. 👍🏼 keep up the good work Frasier. Definitely recommend this hotel and would come back Insyaa Allah when visiting Jakarta again. Cheers!

Overall, I had a great stay. The room was spacious and accurately described. The pool was great, there was a kids' play area, and breakfast was delightful. They even served Indomie! That said, I was surprised to find no laundry bag in the room. When we asked front desk, we were told it was a paid item, not quite what you'd expect from a hotel, is it?

An absolutely flawless and unforgettable stay! We had an outstanding 3-night stay at FRASER RESIDENCE MENTENG JAKARTA. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, particularly M. Fauzi (HK Manager). The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and featured the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We also loved the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had plenty of fresh, hot options. Highly recommended!

This is probably the worst Fraser I’ve stayed at before. Pros: 1) it is still a luxury property that has a pool and hot tub 2) 99% of the staff is kind and pleasant to interact with Cons: 1) the front desk staff that helped me check in was helpful but a bit too cold 2) the lobby is tiny, and so is the breakfast area - additionally, I had to self-serve my coffee and was even told to self-serve my eggs at the station. I was also made to pay for my iced latte separately, which just isn’t standard for a “5-star” that they claim 3) the gym is tiny and an absolute greenhouse furnace. You don’t even need to use the sauna, just do a light workout in the gym and you’ll get all the sweat 4) the rooms are decent and modern but the furniture is a bit dated with stains Overall, I’d give it 3-stars because the quality conflicts with the purported 4-5 star experience Fraser usually delivers globally. If this was a 3-star hotel then I’d give it 5-stars

Greeted by pleasant staff upon setting foot on the property. The room however, was in a dire condition. The bedsheets were very dusty and markings / stains were visible and plentiful. The bath towels looked badly maintained which felt rough on skin. Definitely not the usual soft white texture and color we typically see. The kitchen island top was badly cracked which can pose a safety issue if traveling with children. The general cleaning has huge room for improvement as pull ring from canned drink was spotted underneath the TV console. Property is located at a great spot with pleasant view of the city but the dirtied window panels for the whole apartment did not provide any advantage for that.

i stayed here for a staycation and really enjoyed the service with complete room facilities. one of the best service apartments in central jakarta, and it seems to be pet-friendly too. thanks to mas halim and mas domenico for assisting us , the checkin and checkout process was smooth.
