What made my experience even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Jessica, who is not only beautiful but also incredibly kind, professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Room is nice & big. Staff are friendly & helpful but poorly trained. Checked me in as the wrong person & asked for payment whereas booking has already been prepaid. Called housekeeping for hand towel & face towels. They do not have. Definitely a local style hotel. Frontdesk apologies for having only a body towel, ridiculous for a ‘5-star’ hotel. On check out, cashier asked me if I used the minibar. But there was no minibar; it was just free coffee & tea. She refused to admit her mistake & said she will ask Housekeeping to check. Then I insisted on checking together the mysterious minibar. She finally admitted her mistake and apologised. Truly poor management, poor training of staff, take short cuts on room amenities. All very short sighted. Will not be going back after this one time. No thank you!

A very comfortable hotel in South Jakarta; the rooms are quite comfortable, particularly for business trips; the breakfast is quite tasty to start the day; and the gym is quite comfortable. The staff are friendly. When I checked out, I’d left something behind and they immediately helped me retrieve it. Thank You mr Affan, thank you all staff.

Had a very pleasant stay at Goodrich Hotel. For the price, it was definitely worth it — especially because the room came with a bathtub, which made my child very happy. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast service was excellent as well, and special thanks to Ms. Syahla for her great hospitality and assistance. She was very helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily come back again. The only minor downside was that the parking space was a bit limited.

So far, I’m happy with the service and the room. No complaints at all, and the price is still reasonable considering the room type and location. For me, the fact that the hotel is not too crowded is definitely a plus point for me. I would come back

Stayed here for the first time back in 2020, I got a room facing the Antasari flyover and the noise was very unbearable. I stayed again in 2025 and specifically requested a room that didn’t face the flyover. That stay was mostly okay, except the TV was still outdated (not upgraded to a smart TV) and I experienced antenna issues multiple times where the screen suddenly turned static, so I had to call the technician to come and fix several times. Earlier this year (2026), I came back for a staycation with a friend and requested a twin bed room. I specifically asked again for a room that didn’t face the flyover, but the front desk staff informed me that all twin bed rooms are facing the flyover, however, he assured me it was “not noisy anymore.” I trusted that information since my previous experience with that room type was years ago in 2020. Turns out, it was still extremely noisy, honestly unbearable. I asked whether they provided earplugs, but they didn’t. For a 5-star hotel, I genuinely think management is not taking this recurring feedback seriously, because I’m sure complaints about the noise are not new. If making the rooms properly soundproof is still difficult or too costly, I think, at the very least, providing earplugs should be the bare minimum. Even 3-star hotels like Hotel Mono**** provide earplugs to reduce noise from their own rooftop bar. Good news? The TV is upgraded. I also passed this feedback to the front desk, but the solution felt poorly coordinated. Since we declined the late check-out offer, they instead offered to send pasta to the room… at 10AM (lol), right after breakfast, even though breakfast was already included in our booking. Also, late check-out doesn’t really feel like a special compensation considering it wasn’t high season and complimentary late check-outs are commonly given anyway (lol part 2). Overall, I really think the hotel needs to take guest feedback about the noise more seriously, especially considering its 5-star status.
