Great location. But a nearby supermarket has closed.|I stayed here many times over the years. Was in Grandkemang over 20 years ago for weeks at a time. The place is "two star" at best. Looks like no maintenance for many years. Sticky tape on worn out patches of carpet. Areas just dusty. Once known for it breakfasts because you could get bacon. This trip was lied to for first couple of days say they would bring bacon to my table....never received. On the 3rd day was told never had bacon in the first place. The indonesian food was bland. The fridge in my room ran but was Hot the entire few days. Grandkemang was once 4.5 Star....But not anymore. I will never stay again. Needs Major Renovations. Just run down

The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. At first, I was placed in a room where the lights would turn on randomly at night. Later, I was moved to a better room where this issue didn’t occur. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is dirty—I found someone else’s (women’s) hair in the shower. However, the service and staff were excellent—very helpful with any request. Overall, my impression is neutral. The location is convenient.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The hotel decided to close access to the basement at 11:00 PM, leaving guests to use an alternative outdoor ramp that felt unsafe. It's baffling that customer safety wasn't considered when making this decision. If someone were to slip and fall on that ramp, who would be responsible? A venue has a duty to think through the safety implications of restricting access, not just lock a door and call it a night. No guest should have to worry about navigating a potentially hazardous route because of an arbitrary cutoff time. They seriously need to rethink how they handle access and prioritize their guests' well-being. This complaint has been addressed to Ahmad at the reception (who said that this will be passed over to Rama the manager on duty) and Darma the security (who said that the reception will be able to help open the door, but obviously Ahmad refused)

Stay 6 days here for bussines trip and everythings was great; the food and the hospitality. The room may seems old but they keep up clean and tidy, so its fine for me

The location in Kemang is lively. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and always smiling. I booked the residence for a week and it was worth the value. The room is spacious and comes with a huge refrigerator.

Hotel is alright, but the laundry service i as absolutely extortionate compared to other places, and the price was not clearly displayed. I paid 700k for laundry that would normally cost me around 70k almost all other places. Would not recommend exclusively because of this, which seems very dishonest. Really ruined an otherwise pleasant experience

We did not stay overnight, but we spent the whole Saturday in the hotel :) First we had tea time buffet with family and friends in the Sperta Restaurant. We love it :) Price was very interesting. The food was delicious, and the staff members were very friendly. We would love to come again, as well for the brunch :) We went to 1920 and ORO too. Eventhough Grand Kemang is considered old, we still like its charm.
