Had a wonderful stay here. The location is incredibly strategic since it is directly connected to the City Plaza Jatinegara mall and just a short distance from Jatinegara Train Station. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value for money, especially for business trips or budget travelers! Thanks to Mr. Rama

The hotel staff are very proactive. I was contacted by Mahesa, prior to our arrival where he offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Mahesa and I believe Ryan checked us in quickly and were very professional. When we entered the room we were surprised to find that the staff had left a drawing for our family, but also a towel display and gift for my four year old. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Check out was very efficient, thanks to Arif. The only problem is that the hotel is in Jatinegara, and if you are looking for fun things to do this is not the area. This hotel is next to a small mall and several smaller and older Pasars. The only reason we chose to stay here is that it is very close in proximity to the Jatinegara train station.

Spent 2 nights in Juno, the room is clean and the hospitality is amazing. I left my stuff in my room after I checked out, called the hotel and the receptionist, Mr. Arif, is very helpful and fast respond. Had a very delightful stay in here.

Very strategic place especially if you already have transportation (great & safe parking space too). Breakfast menu are changing daily. Room are comfy & the concierge are super friendly & helpful. Laundrette are clean & feels safe.

Stayed here for a short trip. The location is unbeatable, especially if you like shopping. Highly recommended for the price.|The room was very clean and tidy. The modern design makes it feel very comfortable. Definitely my favorite choice in the area.

From the first day until checkout, every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I want to sincerely thank the entire hotel team – the reception staff were always friendly and helpful, the housekeeping team maintained an impressive level of cleanliness and attention to detail, and even the workers at the hotel gate were kind, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every interaction reflected a high level of hospitality and care. Having traveled to around 10 different countries, I’ve experienced a wide range of hotel stays, but this one truly stood out.
