It's not first time to be there and it will be not last time cuz it's one of the best hotels in Jakarta I will definitely return. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is large, there is a small pool for children, and another for middle-aged adults. There are two pools, one normal and one warm. They are truly one of the best hotels.

I had a wonderful experience at Merlyn Park Hotel! A special to Ms Vei and Ms. Isti for their exceptional hospitality; they were incredibly fast-responding and made the booking process completely. ​The rooms are beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious—everything we tried was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great comfort and excellent service!

Had a really pleasant stay at Merlynn Park Hotel! We stayed at Bulgari suite room. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the TV channels, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. The facilities are definitely one of the highlights. I really love that every room type comes with a bathtub, which is such a nice touch. Our room also had a coffee maker, and we could even request mirror art, which made the stay feel more special. We also received welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. Overall, everything was well thought out and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great facilities, friendly staff, and excellent service. Definitely would love to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast is very extensive and has a lot of nice food, suitable for anyone. We got a nice room, which was very spacious and neatly designed. It’s very family friendly and the swimmingpool and gym were convenient, it’s only a bummer that they close at 7PM. Nice location though, I do recommend this hotel. Anggi was very helpful

This was my third staycation at Merlynn Park Hotel Jakarta, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process remains fast and efficient. Even if there is a short wait, the spacious lobby with its comfortable sofas, along with the welcome snacks and drinks, makes the waiting time very pleasant. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and there are plenty of poolside chairs available, so even when the pool is busy, there is still enough seating for guests. The gym facilities are also quite complete, although some updates to the dumbbell equipment would be appreciated. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but the response and support from the hotel team were outstandingly fast. I would like to especially thank Flo (Guest Relations), Angela and Indah (Reception), and Dany (Bell Boy). Their quick assistance ensured that my family and I still had a very enjoyable staycation, just like our previous visits. During breakfast at the restaurant, a staff member named Ridho greeted me warmly. I was pleasantly surprised that he still remembered me, even though it had been quite some time since my last visit. This time, there was plenty of markisa fruit available at breakfast, and the restaurant staff happily provided it for my family. We were even able to request more when we wanted to enjoy it again! The team at Merlynn Park Hotel truly delivers a great hospitality experience. I will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel with my mother and sister. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and we looked forward to it every morning. The hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for making our family trip so pleasant and memorable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Jakarta in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers from Malaysia.
