Great stay here. Room was clean. It came with a water dispenser which was really handy. Big fridge, microwave and plates, cutlery etc. There’s even a family mart inside the complex (though it doesn’t sell beer 😅). The pool is huge and beautiful. Staff were useful at check in. Not much going on around it if you want to walk, but you’re just 15-25 mins drive to the various new PIK areas.

Very secluded and not near anything but its the closest best hotel next to PIK so theres that. The hotel room is so comfy cozy though I LOVE IT. the staff is very accomodating but the lobby is so mid and hot tbh like i was worried the rooms would be as mid as the lobby but nope the rooms were GREAT. The view from the room is amazing too. And i rlly love how theres a big water dispenser in each room, the first time i had this experience so its GREAT.

Hello everyone this is Mr.BLACK It is not my first time to stay in Oakwood Jakarta PIK. It's been several times, I've enjoyed staying and happy with service and hospitality. The reception staff very welcomed and great and very helpful with excellent welcoming I thank (MS.VERO) at the reception do her hard working which I've noticed that every time I COME and other man also I forgot his name because I always see them together at reception. Moving to the room which considered as one of place to stay which made me satisfied. Rooms very Clean of course and well organised and prepared as its hotel apartment. The view is well done and I always enjoy the room view or high level. Especially view with swimming pool and the bridge. There is everything in the hotel apartment you need cooker, washing machine, refrigerator.. So on Moving to the restaurant at 1st Floor I want to thank all the staff especially (Ms. SULIS) she do really great job and always smiling and ready to do her best. I have enjoyed having meals since Ramadan and room service and staff at restaurant are always welcoming with quick response and preparing. I always not miss the breakfast time I always set my alarm to wake up for breakfast with local Indonesian and West menus. And my favourite drink is "Mr Green Signature" fresh juice. Moving to the gym I always squeeze time for gym and I found gyn is good. Moving to outdoor swimming pool it's very very large swimming pool it's one of the best Swimming pool I've experienced. There is also indoor swimming pool as well. I highly recommended OAKWOOD Hotel Apartments Jakarta PIK. Best Regards Mr.BLACK

Great place to stay with nearby location of mall and food. Easy access to everything. Room was great with view and balcony. Kitchen well equipped with washing machine and fridge. Clean and tidy.

Ms. Uswah provided excellent service throughout our check-in and check-out. We only had a small hiccup upon arrival, as no one greeted us in the lobby to assist with our bags. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The location is fantastic, especially with all the shopping areas nearby.

I stayed at Oakwood PIK for 3 and 2 nights for business trip around the PIK area, and honestly, it was a great experience.The room was very comfortable, and the highlight for me was the view and house keeping decorations. Shout out to Ahmad and Nadia Fitri for decorating my bed. They rest of the staff also very good. Keep up the good work.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and from the start, things didn't feel right. The lobby was dimly lit, and the room itself was smaller than expected - it was supposed to be 26sqm, but it felt more cramped than that. To make matters worse, there was a strange, musky smell coming from the aircon that was really off-putting. We asked to switch rooms, and Ripal kindly accommodated our request, moving us to the 15th floor. Unfortunately, the new room had the same issues - a dark lobby and a weird smell. It was getting late, almost midnight, so we decided to make the best of it and grab some cup noodles and drinks from the 24h mart. But, as luck would have it, the mart was closed, and the nearest one was also shut. We ended up ordering Grab delivery, but even that was a hassle - they forgot to deliver the water. It was clear that this place wasn't for us. Maybe booking a 1-bedroom unit would've been a better choice? We did ask about upgrading, but they claimed to be fully booked. The building's lifts were also a problem - only 2 out of 4 were working, and we had to wait ages for one to arrive. All in all, this place was a disappointment, but Ripal’s service was good - he tried to help.

We chose Oakwood PIK Jakarta for the last night of our Indonesia trip because of its convenient location near Soekarno-Hatta Airport. We wanted to avoid Jakarta’s traffic, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The drive to the airport took only about 15–30 minutes, depending on traffic. We stayed in a Superior Room with a balcony on the 16th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials, a water dispenser, and a washing machine. It was great to be able to do our laundry and prepare a simple meal before heading home. The apartment also offers a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping malls, which is very convenient. There are also excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, so we didn’t have the chance to enjoy them. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Oakwood PIK Jakarta, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!
