My stay at Swiss-Belhotel Jakarta was excellent from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade at check-in, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, courteous, and attentive. They greeted me with a smile every time and were always quick to help with anything I needed. That kind of genuine hospitality is what makes a hotel memorable. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta, for business or leisure. This is my go-to hotel for early flights, and I’ve stayed here over five times now. The rooms are spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Even though my room faced the toll road, I couldn't hear any traffic at all. The bathroom is spotless, and towels are refreshed daily. I've never had a single issue during any of my stays. A few highlights: - Dining: The breakfast buffet offers a great variety and tastes delicious. I also highly recommend the burger at their restaurant for dinner—the portion is huge! I could only finish half, so I saved the rest for my early morning flight. - Amenities: The gym is on the smaller side, but it’s well-equipped for a solid workout. - Airport Shuttle & Staff: They offer a convenient hourly shuttle service to the airport. To top it off, the front desk staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable place to stay near the airport.

One of my room(218) cabinet hanger tube was broken. I left it open so that the room cleaner can notice it but no one came to fix it, after I came back from GMF, the tube is still lying not fix. That was only my conplain...the rest i.e. service and location, I rated it both as 5 star. I had no complain on your breakfast food buffet and staff ...the reception staff and hotels transport driver are all helpful and on time specially the Duty Manager who always on time in replying my request..

The location is just 15 minutes from the airport, so there’s no need to worry about traffic. The room is very spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet—perfect for a good rest. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. The airport shuttle bus is also right on time. For me, this is one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely worth every penny.

Good stay at swiss-belhotel for staycation. Nice room and services. Breakfast all good, many variety of food. They serve very nice sauteed vegetables, nusantara food, Indomie for sure! Mbak Isma (staff) at restaurant also very nice. Must come to visit this hotel if you transit at CGK airport.

Very comfortable hotel for either a stay or a short transit because it’s close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient place near the airport.👍👍

The room we stayed in on the 6th room was spacious and quiet. The foods were delicious, the best so far in the area. Breakfast has a lot of selection. The staff members were helpful and informative, including Salsa, who came to say hello to us at breakfast time. The amenities in the room are well more than the expected: Microwave, mini fridge, small living room area and spacious wardrobe. Overall this was an excellent choice for a close to airport stay. Will be back again! Thank you 🙏🏽

The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores.The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout.The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help.
