Dear Mr. Blaz Krijaz, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your 9-night stay with us. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the higher-floor room and that you found our team friendly and willing to assist. We’re also glad that the Netflix option and the surrounding location added some convenience to your stay. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. The smell and mold in the bathroom, leaking shower, overly soft bed, and lack of proper refrigeration are certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also understand your concerns regarding the pool size, traffic noise, and gym ventilation. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments so these areas can be reviewed and improved. We especially regret that, despite staying with us for nine nights, we did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort and overall value. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to do better. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide you with a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience. Kind regards, Okie Sandhika P Asst. Front Office Manager
