Had a wonderful stay at The Dharmawangsa. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was seamless and welcoming. Lisa was incredibly helpful when she assisted with an early check-in and offered a thoughtful room upgrade option, both of which were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight. Unlike many five-star hotels that focus on variety, The Dharmawangsa seems to prioritize quality over quantity. The selection was not overly extensive, but every dish was exceptionally well executed with high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the rösti, cured salmon, and the warm food stations. What truly stood out, however, was the service. I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmadi, who has been with the hotel for 27 years. Throughout breakfast, the staff anticipated every need. I hardly had to leave my seat to refill my food or beverages, as they consistently offered assistance before I even had to ask. The entire experience felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. The level of hospitality was exceptional and made my stay memorable despite being only one night. I am truly grateful to the team and look forward to returning in the future.

We spent our Lebaran holiday doing a staycation at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta ✨🤍 and it felt like such a different kind of experience. From the moment we checked in, everything felt very personal. The receptionist explained everything clearly and even escorted us to the room. The biggest highlight for me is the service. Everyone is extra caring, extra helpful, and super friendly and it feels very consistent, like the training is really well done across all staff. The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. We chose the executive room, and it already comes with a bathtub 🛁 We also tried the gym, it’s well equipped and the machines are in good condition 💪 The pool area is really nice too, very shady and relaxing 🌿 perfect to just chill while ordering some snacks like fried banana 🍌 Our stay included breakfast. The buffet selection isn’t that much, but you can also order from their menu which has quite a lot of options 🍽️ For the food overall, it’s pretty standard, nothing too special, but still enjoyable. Overall, a really pleasant and calming stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Lisa at the front desk was really good attending to our needs. They even send us belated birthday cake complimentary. Great work guys. Will definitely be our fave staycation spot.

This gem in the center of the city is an Oasis of relaxation and chill nestled within a Heritage Hotel . Comfortable and peaceful with everything you need. My partner and I had a too-short staycation there and we were beyond pleased . Great for business, couples or families . a gem - ask for Hamra - he is the connect after checking in

We had such a special three-night stay at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta, celebrating our wedding here during the weekend and staying until Tuesday. It was an incredibly meaningful few days for us, and the warmth of the team made it even more memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmadi from Jakarta Restaurant (breakfast area), whose kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile made every morning feel extra special for us. We’d also like to thank Mr. Dafa, Mr. Aruf from jakarta restaurant, and Irwan, Hanam, and Diah from reception and concierge teams, as well as all the butlers for always greeting us so warmly and taking such good care of us throughout our stay. We will always remember The Dharmawangsa fondly — not only as the place where we got married, but as a place where we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you, we will definitely return soon🌸🌸

Stayed at The Dharmawangsa recently and had such a lovely experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was staying with my husband while still breastfeeding, so every few hours I had to pump and ask the butlers to store my milk in the freezer. Even in the middle of the night, they were always responsive and warm. Special thanks as well to Mas Anto at the restaurant for being super friendly and helpful with menu recommendations based on our preferences. Everything he suggested was amazing, and honestly all the food we tried was sooo good! We also previously visited Majapahit Lounge for coffee and were kindly shown around the hotel highlights by Mas Arief Abdillah, who shared a bit of The Dharmawangsa’s history and even helped us find photo spots & poses. Sadly didn’t get to meet him again during this stay. Before checkout, we picked up our 2-year-old son to play around the hotel, and one of the butlers, Mba Kinan, saw me carrying him and later surprised him with a coloring book, crayons and a piggy bank. Such a thoughtful gesture! Truly felt the warmth and hospitality here.

It used to be a super premium hotel with a resort feel in the past. But I was a bit disappointed when visited again after couple of years. The place is a bit run down, the room is outdated and need refurbishment and the signature jasmine fragrance changed too. The smell is too strong and not as good as in the past. The food quality is still good though (and still expensive)

This is a very fine hotel. Our stay here was very comfortable and very pleasant, making us want to come here again. The servers, particularly Kak Ferli, were very helpful and welcoming. 5 star would come again.
