The food was outstanding, with great taste, quality, and variety throughout the event. The banquet facilities were exceptional, offering a beautiful venue with excellent service and smooth event coordination. I stayed at Hotel Kasturi Orchid and frankly, it was a disappointment. The “peaceful” remote location felt isolating—hardly convenient for sightseeing or transport. Inside, the rooms were dusty, dimly lit, and maintenance was lacking—blocked drains, missing tissue paper, and a cold, ghost-house vibe made it feel half-abandoned TripadvisorMakeMyTrip. One guest even noted being charged extra by a driver the hotel recommended Tripadvisor. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and poor taste Tripadvisor. Staff responsiveness was slow—at checkout, I had to carry my own luggage as nobody showed up Tripadvisor. Overall, I’d say management needs a serious upgrade

"I had a wonderful 1night stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange local tours without any hassle . Mr Nadeem Sir and Ashok Sir , Breakfast offered a great mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was excellent. The location was very convenient for getting around the city. Highly recommended and I would gladly stay here again!"
