This hotel has a wonderful and welcoming vibe. Super kind, helpful staff throughout the hotel. From the front door onwards. Made us feel at ease and at home. We had to keep extending our stay and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was lovely, very clean, housekeeping staff were excellent. The breakfast was of great variety and perfect. Coffees were lovely. Meals in the evening were tasty. Laundry service was excellent. Really no complaints about anything. Also has a parking space for a car. Very convenient. Just such a great hotel. Highly recommended! We did go to Palazzo hotel for a couple of days next door to break up our stay but it was not nearly as lovely as Pivot. So much so we returned back to the Pivot. It was also lovely see that the hotel has an inclusive policy for staff members. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing!

I had a wonderful stay at The Pivot Hotel Montecasino. The hotel offers stylish, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a fantastic location right next to Montecasino’s restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Great one night away for hubbys birthday. 🎁 |Excellent service. Rooms are good. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back soon. Front desk needs special shout out. Ladies were professional and friendly.

This place was an absolute gem! The room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable room with all that is required for a stay. Had a wonderful view of the courtyard in the front of the hotel. Enjoyed a cocktail on the terrace after having supper at a restaurant at Montecasino. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff are amazing.

Even though the room and experience was good it was not great. I had put in an order for balloons and a slice of cake to be brought to my room at 22:30 on 14th March as we would be out and when we came back it was supposed to surprise my husband whose birthday was on the 15th. Instead when i got i on the 14th there it was Spoiling my surprise. The female manager on duty was of no help Just saying that they were told to put it in before 12. No concern No help Totally soured my booking My rating changed because of the behaviour of the male manager who was on duty on the 15th morn Sorry I didn't get anyone's names. I fell in the shower - Had a blackout and injured my head. He was at the room as soon as it was reported Checking up Ensuring first his people were there for first aid Then that the ambulance came timeously He just was amazing Even going so far as to get my daughter a muffin to eat in the ambulance as we missed breakfast. I just want to thank him for taking the time to assist. It is much much appreciated #memorable birthday

High tea at the venue would have been pleasant if the staff were more hospitable. The exception was the gentleman who served us at the end of his shift. Staff were openly rude and unnecessarily critical.

I was there for a conference. From yhe basement it was a little tricky initially to find the hotel. Although there are signs, it is not always clear where to go. Parking was prepaid by event organisers. Snacks were delicious. Buffet Lunch was also very good. Conference venue had everything we needed.
