Beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. Tasty breakfast with variety of hot and cold options. Housekeeping was very prompt and responsive to our needs. Easy access to Sandton City Mall. I gave the location 4 stars because we had to take an Uber to most places.

Unfortunately the rooms and services it becomes lower that before when this hotel was under Intercontinental management. Rooms looks old, room door hardly closes, fridge is empty, no tissues in the room only in toilet, cleaning is not good where I found some dusts in the class services in the toilet which over 6 nights dusts not cleaned. The blanket was not cleaned well some dirts is there like little oily things which not changed over 6 nights.

In general, my stay was wonderful. I was in very good and acceptable conditions, except the restaurant where the service needs to be improved, many delays in getting orders.Regarding rooms, the service was wonderful, no claim, all was clean!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Sandton Sun. The reception team was friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to departure. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a lounge, kitchenette, and an excellent bean-to-cup coffee machine. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality linen, soft pillows, and spacious bathroom with great amenities made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The Royal Benedict was a particular highlight. An excellent hotel with exceptional service and facilities. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers in the heart of Sandton.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Lots of security around friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend the scone and clotted cream and berries. Absolutely fantastic! This hotel is connected to the mall. No need to go outside.

My stay at Sandton Sun Hotel was absolutely wonderful. This is my second time staying here. The staff were truly outstanding, kind, polite, and always willing to help at any time. A special thanks to Kholo, Mohlomi, Asenda, and Nada for their excellent service and wonderful hospitality I definitely recommend this Hotel for pleasant stay

Our second stay here and once again, absolutely no disappointment. We stayed for one night in transit during our honeymoon, and the team made it feel so special from the moment we arrived. The little thoughtful touches for our honeymoon were honestly the cutest surprise. The service was impeccable throughout: warm, professional, attentive and genuinely kind. The location is also perfect, especially being so close to Sandton City and very convenient for a stopover in Johannesburg. Thank you for making a simple transit night feel memorable and special. We would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

I recently stayed at Sandton Sun and Towers in Johannesburg for my 40th birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Although I hadn’t informed the hotel that it was my birthday, they surprised me on the day with champagne, a lovely handwritten note, and a cake — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly warm, kind, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious — even larger than it appears in the photos — and it was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. I travelled with my children, and they had a great time as well, which made the trip even more special for me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!
