We had a wonderful stay at Toshi’s place. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into preparing the accommodation, and we truly appreciated all the details provided for guests. Toshi was an outstanding host—kind, attentive, and always available to answer questions and help whenever needed. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We absolutely loved our time here and felt very welcomed. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Toshi, for helping make our trip so special!

Also kitchen is well equipped and there was a supply of tea and coffee, cooking oil, seasoning. Plus there you can find everything for beach holiday - umbrella, backpacks. In a wrod everything you need is forseen and provided, and the everything is high end quality. Plus he sent us a guid on local attractions, food and places of interest. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay there again.

Toshi was the most delightful host, from the moment I booked he contacted me via email to provide me with all the information and advice I could possibly need. Everything was truly perfect and Toshi took incredible care of every little detail of our stay. |Villa Kamakura was the most beautiful place we stayed during our entire trip to Japan, it had everything we could wish for and more, I couldn't have asked for anything better. |The only thing I regret is that we only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer! |If we return to Japan, we will definitely would stay here again! |Thank you so much Toshi-san!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kamakura. It was the perfect base for exploring Kamakura, with easy access to Hase Station, Kamakura, Enoshima, and the charming local shops nearby. Just a few minutes’ walk from the villa are a Lawson convenience store, cozy coffee shops (one is only 1–2 minutes away), a lovely boulangerie, and grocery stores—everything you could need during your stay. The beach is also just a stone’s throw away, where we spent many relaxing late afternoons. The villa is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need and more, from kitchen essentials to skincare products. Every detail made us feel right at home. Our favorite moments were slow mornings looking out at the sea from the window, followed by leisurely runs from Hase to Enoshima. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Villa Kamakura to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay by the sea.

The studio apartment was perfect for two people. I loved all the Kamakura bori decorating touches. I loved the Shinto music playing in the background. We did not cook anything other than use the microwave to warm up. The coffee /tea dispenser maker worked great. The auto opening and closing trashcan helped keep kitchen odors controlled. The electric outlet tower was essential for charging our electronics. Free Netflix was entertaining and relaxing. A view of the ocean, one street away, from the window was nice. We were just a 5 minute walk to the Enoden Hase Station so getting to Enoshima, Shichirigahama and Kamakura was very convenient. Having the washer AND dryer will make this rental a first choice for us in the future.

Villa Kamakura is a must stay if you are traveling to Kamakura. It is very close to a lot of popular spots and within very good walking distance to the beach, about 1 minute! The Host, Toshi, is extremely kind and very very very helpful. This is my honest review, the room was extremely clean upon arrival, the kitchen was superb and had all the items you would need to cook yourself. 10/10 I will be definitely staying again. The shower was very clean, and ambient music was playing when we walked in. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

I really loved staying here! Toshi was incredible welcoming, very detailed with instructions to the get to the place, the apartment is located in a very great area, pretty close by the beach, he even takes time to include some guides with restaurants and things to do around Kamakura and open to give recommendations in Tokyo, the apartment is really well equipped, the coffee and water machine is absolutely a delightful one to use, very clean as well. I really hope to come back! As Toshi wants, the building has no elevator so you need to carry the bags upstairs. The apartment also has a washing machine so I was able to wash some of my clothes! Definitely recommended.
