Best hotel on our family japan trip this year! Room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was good. Beds were comfy and plenty of places to plug in devices. Wifi steady. Close to a konbini. A little bit of walking to get to Kanazawa station and 20+ mins to get to Omicho Market, but not a big deal for the value you get per dollar. Great Refa hair dryer.

Lovely hotel with some nice touches (I especially appreciate the free decaf coffee drip bags!). The staff were so lovely and helpful (and very patiently with me whilst calling around multiple izakayas to see if they'd show the World Cup match. The room was very spacious and we were happy there was a gym. Breakfast was pretty good, and it was good being within walking distance of both Kanazawa Station and Omicho market (see photo for delicious seafood) . We were a bit far from other attractions but it forced us to get some extra steps in which was no bad thing!

Very bad experience on how they handled on cancellation and refund process. Due to an emergency family matter, I have to cancel my trip to Kanazawa, therefore asking for exception waivers for booking fee (refundable) for cancellation. |I made my booking on 29 April for stay from 16-20 June, notified the property on 29 May (i.e. 17 days prior to check in), asking for refundable cancellation. Unfortunately, I got a reply from the hotel, cancellation is strictly non-refundable, regardless of any reason.|Besides, I have just checked, as per today, the hotel is offering same price for the same room type during the same period with free cancellation & is refundable until one day prior to check in. That means the hotel is punishing those who are willing to pay in advance. |If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, make sure to check through their booking conditions, as it’s very tricky.

Great stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kanazawa Station with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Staff were polite and check in was smooth, though service felt fairly standard. The facilities were good and included all the basic amenities needed for a short stay, even if they were quite simple. Overall, it offers very good value and is a convenient base for exploring Kanazawa.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my vacation in Japan. It is located about a 30 minute walk from the city center: however, it is very close to both the train and bus stations. My room on the ninth floor was very nice and exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards. There was a self-service kiosk for check-in and check-out, making the process quick and efficient. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and a great place to stay.

A mid-range but very good value business-y hotel. It cost just 20% the cost of our posher centre Tokyo hotel, so our expectations were low. We stayed one night, which is enough to see what Kanazaw has to offer (amazing garden, tea house area, samurai/temples area). Memory foam neck support pillows are a dream to have in a hotel and have never seen these as standard anywhere before! And the breakfast, at £9 each, was an absolute bargain and highlight. Twin room also v.sizeable. Not luxury - no frills - but frankly, such amazing value.

Quite a close walk to Kanazawa station, the hotel is a good base from which to explore the city as all main transport links are at the station. The room we had was spacious and well appointed. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
