This was our first stay at Earl’s Regency in Kandy, and although we were only there for one night, we genuinely wished we had planned a longer stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and built into the natural landscape, reminding us of the architectural style of Heritance Kandalama. Despite being established many years ago, it has been exceptionally well maintained and still feels elegant and inviting. Surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, the peaceful setting makes it a wonderful place to relax. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was the hospitality. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, courteous, and happy to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets. There was an excellent variety of local Sri Lankan dishes alongside international favourites, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was fresh and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Earl’s Regency for your wonderful hospitality and for taking such great care of this beautiful property. We look forward to returning to Kandy and spending a few more nights here next time.

The beautiful atmosphere, elegant setting, and relaxing ambiance made it a memorable evening. Thank you to the entire team for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable. We highly recommend Earl’s Regency Hotel for special occasions, family dinners, or anyone looking for an outstanding buffet experience. We look forward to visiting again!

The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside. The staff was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked Ilon's entrance. They asked me about allergies, and the next day, they made sure I was well taken care of during breakfast. I’d stay there again.

I’m me of the most stunning places I have stayed at. The place is built on 3 big rocks and I was mesmerised how they created it so luxuriously. Staff is always smiling, ready help. Special Mention to Shantha the restaurant Supervisor. He made sure we were well looked after. The food and the presentation is just fantastic. Would highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at Earl's Regency in Kandy with my family, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth and genuine care made our stay even more special. The food deserves a special mention—absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality. It was easily some of the best hotel food we have experienced. What impressed us most was the thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel surprised a newly married couple in our family with a beautiful cake, sweets, and thoughtful gifts, which was such a wonderful and memorable gesture. It showed how much the staff care about creating special moments for their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and set in stunning surroundings. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A huge thank you to the entire team at Earl's Regency for making our family trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy and can't wait to return.
