Rooms - Extremely clean and have all the modern conveniences, the beds were comfortable. Not much of a view from our room showing the nearby buildings. Loved the air condtiioning. Very spacious Service - The service is fantastic from the moment you walk in the door. Very welcoming, friendly and happy to assist with anything Location - there are a a few eateries within walking distance and a really nice cafe across the road. We were not far from the main city centre.

Good venue, prime location, friendly staff!!! I was here for a programme at the Grande Ball Room. Spacious hall for 100 people, AC worked great, and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast and meals provided were satisfactory—nothing fancy but good enough. Washrooms are a bit old-school but clean. The location near New Baneshwor is super convenient, and parking was not an issue at all. Only drawback: too few charging points for devices inside the ballroom. Bring your own power bank! Recommended for business events.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring. The location is unbeatable too, just a short walk from the main attractions. Would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Overall, our experience was quite pleasant at The Everest Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful by providing great service, and fantastic everyday housekeeping. |I also thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food/drink options at breakfast e.g pastries, cornflakes, coffee etc! Hotels rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the bathroom is good. However, the toilet flush was a bit weak. Would recommend tbh 100% 👍

The Everest Hotel was exactly what we needed after our tiring drive from Pokhara. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfast buffet was impressively stocked with a variety of dishes that tasted amazing. It was perfect to fuel us up for the day ahead.

Hotel was very neat and clean and the rooms generous in size. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. Utilised the gym. Breakfast was good quality. All staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t do this, but I have had one of the worst dining experiences in the Everest Hotel last evening. It hasn’t happened before, but I was tremendously surprised by the level they’ve downgraded. The dining area gave off a really off smell. I ordered Paneer Tikka, which used to be my favorite. I got a rubber block that disintegrated like powder. I asked them to redo it again, and yet it was the same. I ordered a soup with noodles. The noodles felt off. Then I ordered Mapo Tofu with rice, which wasn’t even good. The food took so long that I had to order a brownie to manage my hunger. If the place was full of people, then I would have understood, but how can you make someone wait for so long when someone has come for food? The dining manager there was standing like a mannequin while this all was happening. I didn’t lash out; I paid my bills, but it would have been really great if there was some level of accountability. Calling yourself a 5-star hotel with service like this is absolutely unacceptable. I can recommend you restaurants that can give better food and accountability for the price that you charge. I apologize if this is coming out really rude, but I guess you might have been just running like this under the impression that you’ve been doing great. Absolutely nonsense.

The Everest Hotel was very pleasant environment to stay in. Clean, tidy and very well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention Sushan the barman at the 7th floor bar, a very talented and friendly man that went out of his way to help, advise and support all guests.
