The overall hotel was awesome as I have been staying in the Hotel for long time and on regular basis. The service was awesome. Mostly the Reception staff mainly Krish and from ladies Sushma and Manisha for training made it felt like I’m living in my home. Overall it made me feel like it’s my second home. Thankful to all the staffs of Malla, mostly to Krish.

The experience at Malla hotel has been excellent. The staff is well trained and especially kind. Special thanks to Rita, third floor. |Updating the room décor and replacing the bathtubs with showers would be advisable. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. It has a nice and cozy garden too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Note certain room type is fan only (no air con) which not properly reflected on some online booking platforms. Breakfast was uninspiring and limited to one coffee per person. Nevertheless, won’t hesitate to stay again for my next visit in Kathmandu.

Amazing place to stay and great hospitality. Special thanks to Pushpanjali, Krish & 1 more madam (unable to recall her name). They had arranged special taxi for me at 4am and also packed a whole lot of items as breakfast for me. Will surely stay when in Kathmandu next time. Rooms & washrooms are very well maintained & their food too was very good.

Great location and great staff with exceptional service. Went for an event at the hotel and the experience was great. Staff are polite and helpful specially a lady (Arity Pandey) who was friendly and helpful. A peaceful garden area away from the noise of the city area.

The Malla Hotel is lovely! We had a delightful time. The rooms were beautiful. The food was so delicious. Most importantly, all the people were so kind and helpful, including Parbat!

We had a huge event in Malla hotel recently. The staff were very accommodating for our lost item. Plus the hotel is centrally located and has a lot of green space. I am unsure about the rooms but overall Malla Hotel keeps their legacy.
