Setting, accommodation and staff are wonderful. All of the staff are so into their jobs. They are always smiling, cheerful and ready to serve. Special mention to Dome at the beachside bar for making great coffees and Fon for being fresh-faced, smiling and always fun. She makes every guest feel as though they have her special attention. The Thai buffet on Monday night was a standout. Don’t miss the authentic Thai green curry! I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I had the most beautiful time at Melati Resort. The people are incredibly friendly, and even though I was traveling alone, I felt right at home from the very beginning. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful – the beach, the gardens, the nature and the whole atmosphere make it such a peaceful place to relax and recharge. The food was also excellent, and I especially loved the special themed evenings. Each one was a wonderful experience and made my stay even more memorable. What made Melati truly special for me, though, were the people. The staff genuinely take their time to engage with their guests and make you feel welcome and cared for. I also made wonderful friendships with people from all over the world during my stay, and some of those friendships still continue today. There is something about this place that makes you want to come back again and again. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I can wholeheartedly recommend Melati Resort to anyone looking for a quieter place by the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature, with delicious food, incredibly friendly people and a warm atmosphere where you can truly relax, recharge and feel at home.

The beach is small but amazing beautiful the place is very nice with lots of greenery beautiful garden . In regards to the food my personal opinion I didnt like breakfast so much neither dinner I will pass as well as the service .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Melati Beach Resort & Spa. This was actually our second visit—we first stayed here about 12 years ago, and we are happy to say that the resort is just as beautiful today as we remembered. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The entire resort is well maintained and creates a peaceful, tropical atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, the service was exceptional, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We would especially like to thank „Fon“ for her kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality. She was always incredibly friendly and wonderful with our children, making them feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Her caring attitude made a real difference to our family holiday. A special thank you also goes to „K“ and „Sunny“ at the pool. His friendly personality, excellent pool service, and positive attitude added so much to our relaxing days by the water. He always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Yes, Melati Beach Resort is not the cheapest option—but in our opinion, the quality, the service, and the overall experience fully justify the price. It is a place where you truly feel looked after. We highly recommend this resort and sincerely hope to return again in the future.

We've just returned from our stay at Melati and can happily say we had a fabulous time staying at the resort. The resort itself is in a beautiful setting with direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a pleasing aesthetic. The food is of a high standard and was very tasty. A big thank you to all the fabulous and friendly staff working there especially to those in a pool/beach bar/restaurants - Fon, Pad Thai, Mumee, James, Min and Arm. Thank you!!

We stayed at Melati Resort for 4 nights with our 2 kids and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little tropical escape. The resort is set on a quiet stretch of beach that feels almost private, which made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The whole place is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush gardens and with a real sense of space and calm. We stayed in a spacious villa with a private pool which is perfect for families and such a luxury to have your own space to unwind. One of the highlights was the option for a private dinner on the beach, which felt really special. The spa was also amazing, we had one of the best massages there. What really stood out to us was how genuinely kind and warm everyone is, the staff made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. There’s a small but lovely kids club right by the pool, which made it easy to combine relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. The pool area at he beach is beautiful, with a swim-up bar, and we really enjoyed the different dinner themes in the evenings. If you feel like exploring, Choeng Mon Beach is just a short scooter or taxi ride away with some great beach restaurants. Right next to the resort there’s also a small local spot on the beach where you can enjoy simple Thai dishes, grab an ice cream, or even get a massage. Overall, a beautiful, luxurious and very family-friendly place, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a bit of everything.

Lovely hotel by a gorgeous beach with staff very attentive. Gym / fitness centre was very good compared to other similar hotels I’ve stayed in. 1 smith machine, 1 barbell, 1 ez bar. Plates up to 25kg. Dumbbells up to 25kg. 3 newish treadmills plus other machines. No cable machine but has lat pull down. Water and cold towels available inside the gym. Recommend!

Perfect for my mum’s 70th birthday celebration! We’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts around the world, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service at Melati. By day two, the staff already knew our room numbers, favourite drinks, and food preferences, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued. A special thank you to Jiji and Som, who went above and beyond to make the week so memorable for my mum. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail truly made all the difference. The resort is beautifully secluded, offering a peaceful escape, yet it’s only a short drive from the busier areas if you’re looking for shopping or nightlife. That said, we never felt the need to leave because everything we wanted was right there. The resort catered to us so well, and the food, service, and facilities were outstanding. We loved our pool villas, and the team very generously upgraded my parents to a larger, more luxurious villa closer to the pool and restaurants, making it easier for them to get around without needing longer walks or buggy rides. Even better, the rest of our family was accommodated right next door. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Melati for your exceptional hospitality and for making my mum’s milestone birthday so special. We can’t wait to return!
