Google· 3 months agoWe visited for the Thai Night dinner and had such a wonderful evening. The ambience was the highlight for us—beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for watching the sunset. The setting truly captures the charm of Six Senses Samui. The food was excellent, especially the Pad Thai, which was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect balance of flavors and was definitely our favorite dish of the night. What made the experience even better was the attentive and genuinely warm service. The team was friendly, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The combination of delicious food, breathtaking views, and outstanding hospitality made this a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a special dinner in Samui.

Tripadvisor· a month agoA truly wonderful experience!|We stayed at Six Senses for 2 weeks with our adult children and their partners to celebrate 2 special birthdays. We wanted an amazing hotel in a great destination and we couldn't have chosen better. The hotel facilities, rooms, pools, beach, spa, gym and restaurants are stunning, clean and very well kept and feel very authentic. The location was perfect for us, well away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to get to towns and villages when needed. What really makes this place extra special though is the staff. Not only is the number of staff available in all locations very well managed the customer service is the best we've ever received. The team of staff work extremely hard to make everyone feel welcomed and valued as guests. We felt very at home right from the start because of this. Our Guest Experience Manager (GEM) was the very lovely and thoughtful Namfon who we saw each morning at breakfast to check our previous day's experience and our plans for the coming day. She was always available during the day for questions and help with bookings and responded very quickly and efficiently to every request. Namfon is a real asset to the hotel and she helped to make our holiday a truly wonderful one. We are missing her already. We'd like to pass our thanks on to the other very memorable and wonderful members of staff who helped to make our stay. Always ready with a smile and a greeting and a genuine keenness to make our holiday go well. Some of the names we'd like to mention especially are Grace, Noom, Wooddy, Hanee, Dada, Film- always waving and smiling from the buggy and getting you where you needed to be, Nirob, Cartoon, Bobby, Venus and New. Such a special group of people- thank you to you all and thank you to the whole team also- you really made our special holiday such a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations at all times. We'll be back!

Google· 3 weeks agoDelightful hotel with stunning, beautifully maintained villas and grounds/facilities. As other reviewers have noted, it is on a steep hillside (so potentially not for everyone) but the golf cart shuttles (to take you down to the beach or up to the main hotel area(s)) appear virtually the moment that they are called and the steepness does create some wonderful views. All of the staff with whom we interacted were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful; they are also clearly proud of the hotel, which is great to see. My only gripe is that the place does have a lot of mosquitoes/biting insects and we felt that they could have sprayed more often to control them (I appreciate that this would be challenging alongside the hotel's eco approach but the balance doesn't feel right at the moment)

The setting is stunning, the attention to detail is lovely, and the whole experience feels intimate and relaxing. I especially appreciate their commitment to sustainability and wellness, which makes the resort even more special. A wonderful place to disconnect, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui. 🤍

Every single member of the team greeted me with warm smiles and positive energy, creating a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful atmosphere where time just slowed down. What impressed me most was their incredible care and professionalism. I made mistakes twice during my stay, but the staff stepped in immediately with swift, thoughtful support and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Their empathy and responsiveness were simply outstanding. Thanks to the wonderful team, this became one of my most cherished stays. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I will definitely be back!

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoOur stay at Six Senses Samui was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful beach and incredible room to the food and overall service, everything was exceptional. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and feels like a true escape. A special thank you to our GEM, Nafmon, who made the entire stay even better. She took care of absolutely everything for us and was always there whenever we needed anything. She went far beyond what we expected, including helping us get a lost item safely sent back home with another guest at a different hotel 🤯. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made such a big difference to our experience. The combination of the beautiful setting, amazing food, wonderful room, and especially the outstanding service made this one of our favorite stays. We would definitely come back to Six Senses Samui, and we hope to see Nafmon again!

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoWe recently spent a week at Six Senses Samui and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special mention to our GEM, PB, who was warm, attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay seamless. The level of proactive service across the entire resort was impressive and felt personal without ever being intrusive. Our Oceanfront Pool Villa was stunning, with spectacular views across the water and a wonderful sense of privacy. We ended up spending a lot of time enjoying our villa and private pool. The food throughout the resort was excellent, and the spa treatments were some of the best we've experienced. The spa facilities provide a peaceful, restorative environment that perfectly complements the overall Six Senses philosophy. A useful tip for future guests: because the resort sits on a peninsula, different parts of the property can experience quite different wind conditions. During our stay, the main pool was often quite windy, while our villa was much more sheltered. It wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth knowing. Also, the resort's location close to the airport is both a benefit and a drawback. Transfer times are incredibly convenient, but you do occasionally hear aircraft, including some flights late at night and early in the morning. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was dining variety. The beach restaurant wasn't open for dinner during our stay, which meant the only Western dining alternative in the evening was room service. There was a barbeque evening one night at the beach restaurant which was delicious. Despite those minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for attentive service, beautiful villas, great food, and excellent wellness experiences in Koh Samui, Six Senses is a wonderful choice.

Google· 3 weeks agoWow what an incredible holiday! The staff were all amazing, A+ service anytime of the day or night. Grace deserves a special shout out, she’s welcoming and passionate about the guest experience. The best hotel and holiday I have ever had. Bell was a great server and Pik was a fantastic replacement for the one day grace was away. Highly recommend the hotel and all amenities and staff for relaxation or fun. They do it all with a smile. Home away from home
