⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at W Koh Samui was nothing short of incredible. The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful villas, and world-class facilities. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to Gift, Natty, Andre, and Tony for their exceptional hospitality and for always going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Special recognition also goes to Chef B, Chef Manoj, Chef Ragz, Chef Oat, and Chef Wat. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, and their talent, creativity, and attention to detail made every dining experience a highlight of our trip. The service across every department was flawless, our accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you all for making my sister's and my stay so special and for creating memories that we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return to this incredible resort.

The W Koh Samui gave us truly an absolutely spectacular stay in every way possible. Not only was the food all incredible, the rooms beyond well designed and comfortable and gorgeous, it was truly their staff that made the trip me and my fiance's favorite vacation ever (and we are quite the travellers!). Every single person was consistently warm and friendly, over the top, and truly cared about creating a very special white glove experience which was felt in every moment. The grounds were gorgeous, the beach was a dream. We would love to come back!

The reason why booked this hotel because it is close to the golf course we’d visit pretty much everyday. The first thing my kids mentioned was that the hotel looks older than the previous one we had stayed at and they wanted to go back to that one. However, just after one day, this has become my kids FAVOURITE hotel ever. It all the staff and service~. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful, everyone really went out of their way to assist with anything and everything! My son ended up crying the night before and on the day we checked out because he really didn’t want to leave and understandably so! Although some of furniture are a bit worn and dated, everything else compensated for this. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff always remembered our drink orders. Can’t miss the fire show at the bar, that was super fun to watchA shout out to Mak, who would always drive us to and from everywhere around the hotel with always the most upbeat attitude, biggest smile and playing the best jams in his buggy! I guess it’ll be nice if the hotel offered kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrush etcOther than that it was perfect.We enjoyed this trip so much, on the night we arrived back home, we booked our next trip back to this hotel again in Feb of next year!

We stayed at the W Koh Samui from May 8–11 to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Even before we arrived, the reservations team and management reached out with such warm and thoughtful emails, asking how they could personalize our stay. It immediately made us feel genuinely cared for. We traveled with our 5 month old baby, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a bottle sterilizer, baby bath seat, crib, and baby amenities, details that made a huge difference for us as parents. For my mother’s birthday, they provided us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. Everything was exceptional- The staff, the villa, the cleanliness, the restaurants, the beach, and especially the attention to detail throughout the entire stay. True five-star hospitality in every sense. We had an amazing time and already can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations. However, the experience did not fully match what was presented in the promotional photos. While the property has many positive aspects, it is clear that the hotel is showing its age. At approximately 16 years old, the wear and tear are noticeable throughout the area. The villa was spacious and comfortable, but the ageing wooden flooring, walls, and some furnishings were evident. Although the room was clean and well-maintained, certain pieces of furniture would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. One of the hotel's strongest features is its location. Situated directly on the beach and within walking distance of Fisherman's Village (30min walk), it offers excellent access to both the sea and local attractions. The beach itself is beautiful, with two separate beachfront areas providing stunning views, especially during sunrise and sunset. The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. However, the location of the breakfast area may present challenges for guests with mobility limitations or those using strollers, as it sits between the upper lobby and lower accommodation levels (no lift directly). While the beach setting is excellent, some of the sunbeds could benefit from better maintenance and attention to hygiene. Food served around the pool was average, so guests should manage their expectations. I also tried the sushi from the Japanese restaurant by the beach during sunset. While the setting was fantastic, the food itself was fairly average. There are several charming spots around the hotel, including a lovely ice cream spot that is perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach. Overall, the hotel has tremendous potential thanks to its prime location, beautiful views, and dedicated staff. With some investment in maintenance and refurbishment, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced. Small improvements would make a noticeable difference and help the property live up to its surroundings. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and for making my stay an enjoyable one.

An absolutely unforgettable experience at W Koh Samui! From the very first moment until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. The level of service here is beyond exceptional – truly world-class. Every single staff member, without any exception, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and special. The food was outstanding in every way – fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. You can genuinely feel the passion, professionalism, and attention to every little detail throughout the entire resort. This is not just a hotel, it’s a full experience. One of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Highly, highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

Our stay was simply unforgettable – a true highlight from beginning to end! A special mention goes to the cocktail class: Game Nutt Zucus was an absolutely amazing teacher! With great energy, humor, and expertise, he guided us through the class perfectly. The other bartenders were just as fantastic – the drinks were flawless, and the view was breathtaking. It was such a fun and memorable experience! The cooking class with Bee & Milk was also an absolute standout! Everything was explained in detail, and we got to prepare every dish together step by step. It was not only very informative but also incredibly fun. They really took their time with us, which made the whole experience even more special. The hotel itself is stunning – beautiful facilities, spectacular rooms with private pools, and a beach that is simply magical at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy outstanding service. A huge compliment to the entire staff – incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. You feel welcomed and well taken care of at all times. Conclusion: simply amazing!!! We will definitely be back!

Visited The spa located inside the W hotel while staying here for a staycation. The message therapist name Build was very attentive. The strength and touch was just right. Feeling so relaxed afterwards. I opted for the massage and body scrub. I even did the sauna! Skin so smooth and glowing now.
