Disappointing Stay and Unprofessional Customer Service My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, the bathroom drain was severely clogged, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly. I struggled to sleep properly because of these conditions. I specifically requested a room that did not smell, as I wanted a clean, comfortable environment where I could rest. Despite my concerns, I was given a room that fell well below reasonable expectations. What made the situation worse was that I had already read numerous negative reviews mentioning similar problems. After being given a room with these issues, I raised my concerns and even pointed out that I had seen the bad reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, the way my concerns were handled was just as disappointing as the room itself. I did not feel that I was spoken to politely or treated with the respect a paying guest deserves. The problems I experienced were not minor inconveniences. An unpleasant-smelling room, a severely clogged bathroom drain, an uncomfortable bed, and noise from neighbouring rooms directly affect the quality of a hotel stay. These are basic standards that any hotel should maintain. Having read other guests' experiences, I am particularly concerned that similar complaints about smells, uncomfortable beds, bathroom issues, and room quality continue to appear. Management should take these reviews seriously instead of allowing guests to encounter the same problems repeatedly. A hotel stay should not involve having to argue for a room that is clean, does not smell, and has functioning bathroom facilities. Even when something goes wrong, the least a guest should expect is a polite and professional response. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The room conditions were unacceptable, and the way my concerns were handled made the experience even worse. Management needs to address both the recurring maintenance issues and the standard of customer service provided to guests.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach with a timetable for both departure and return trips, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly. I stayed for 4 days. Room service cleaned the room, changed the towels and replaced the water bottles daily. However, the tea and coffee supplies were never refilled during my entire stay.Housekeeping was also quite late. One day, when I returned from a tour, my room had still not been cleaned and I had to wait in the lobby while it was being serviced.The shower drain was clogged, causing water to collect and drain very slowly after showering.The location is a bit far from the main area, but there is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient.Overall, the free shuttle service and friendly staff were positives, but housekeeping and maintenance could be improved.

Very affordable resort. Each room equip with a about 1.2 m pool. Rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable. I stayed in a connecting room. 1 room comes with a king bed, another room comes with 2 super single bed. Each room equip with a single bed near the window with a comfortable for an adult to sleep on. Breakfast was no halal so didn't had it. There with message / laundry service. Both were very affordable. There are shuttle service provided to Ao Nang Beach. 7-11 are 2 minutes walk away. Few good halal restaurants nearby too(recommended). Book your island hopping and all other activities thru the hotel booth inside it. It is much cheaper without the need to bargain (payment by cash is the best)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luxury at Great Value with a Stunning Rooftop Infinity Pool We had an amazing 2-night stay at Anda Sea Tales Resort, and it truly feels like a 4-star hotel from the moment you step inside. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a luxurious experience at an excellent value. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms were also generously sized and very well maintained. As we were on our honeymoon, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room, which made our stay even more special. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool. It is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset and golden hour. We spent a lot of time there, and it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our stay. The views and atmosphere are simply fantastic. Although Ao Nang Beach is about 1.5 km away and the main Ao Nang market is around 1.2 km from the hotel, this is hardly an issue because the hotel provides complimentary shuttle services to guests four times a day. There is also a nearby 7-Eleven, which makes daily essentials easily accessible. Overall, Anda Sea Tales Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi, especially couples looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Stayed at this Hotel March 19/26 though March 29/26. Loved being close to Ao Nang beach (short ride or 20 min walk) but away from the nightly noise and hustle bustle. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach and/or night market 4 or 5 times per day and one retrurn in the early evening. Fabulous rooftop pool with great views day or night. The front office manager Mr.Supee an his staff work diligently to make your stay a pleasant one. Nice rooms, location, and friendly, accomodating/knowledgable staff made for a wonderful time in Krabi.

Great hotel! Booked one night and then after 15/20 minutes in the room booked an additional night, spoke to manager and both receptionist and manager were great! We upgraded to a room with a private pool with sea view which soo worth it!! Plus they offer great breakfast with optional upgrade with a floating breakfast which was amazing!! Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

We stayed at Anda Sea Tales from February 1st to February 13th. Originally we had booked only one week, but after a short time we knew we wanted to stay longer. Thankfully the hotel manager made the extension possible and we would like to sincerely thank him again for that. The location of the hotel is great. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the Landmark Night Market. Renting a scooter or booking tours was also very easy and convenient directly through the hotel. The scooter rental was 350 Baht per day, which we found very fair. Our room was very spacious, modern and always perfectly clean. After long days out we were especially happy about the really good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delicious every morning, fresh and with a lot of variety. We really liked the live egg station where you could order omelets or scrambled eggs just the way you like them. There was something for everyone. The rooftop infinity pool was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. We were traveling with our one year old daughter and truly appreciated how kind, warm and child friendly all staff members were. She received so much lovely attention and we felt completely comfortable and welcome as a family. Thank you to the entire team. We would come back anytime.

Traveling to a foreign destination is never easy, but having the right hotel can make your visit worth while. Anda Sea Tales had all that we needed. We booked the hotel due to location, amenities and price. We knew that all we were planning to do was to sleep at the hotel and most of the day we would spend doing outdoor activities. They arrange the tours, scooters, sim card, shuttle service, laundry all from the concierge / travel desk. Special shout out to Tom the guy at the reception. He was super polite and helpful. From check in to check out, he helped us throughout. Didn't expect much from the hotel but we're left truly satisfied. Partially because of the hotel, and majorly because of this beautiful city.
