I stayed at this property for my birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The property did not look as good in reality as it did in the pictures. The wall colour, in particular, was very different from what was shown online. While the cleanliness was acceptable, there was hardly any effort to check on guests or make us feel comfortable. The biggest issue was the location. The property is quite far from the beach and is not realistically accessible on foot, which was inconvenient for us. No dental kit or any utilities given. The staff also left a lot to be desired. The lady we interacted with was quite rude and not very welcoming. Even when we first arrived, she wasn’t willing to properly explain things or help us understand the property. Overall, I don’t feel this property is worth the price or the experience. I would personally not recommend booking it, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location, welcoming staff, and a pleasant stay.

This is the sixth hotel I’ve stayed in while in Ao Nang, on balance I think it’s the best so far. Great room, bed, shower, air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice too for the rates they charge. Pool is a little small and I can see it being overrun in a busy period as it has about 8 sun beds. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach but they do a free shuttle bus twice a day.Hotel is very clean with all floor areas washed at least once a day, room was spotless and I would definitely recommend this hotel while staying in the area.Friendly staff all around too so I can’t really fault the hotel during my stay. The only thing that was missing for me was the lack of a fitness centre, while I’m on holidays I like to also keep in shape so if a gym is bottom of your needs you should check this place out.

Very positive experience! - the room was clean and spacious - the staff were helpful (allowed us to check out later as our flight was in the evening) - they helped with other minor requests in a friendly and professional manner. - the views from the balcony were great. Admittedly, the location is a bit further away -- you'd need a Grab/ motorbike to get to the center/ sea or otherwise it's a good 20 min walk. The facilities are also somewhat basic - but all is clean, staff is friendly and the price is really affordable. Many thanks for hosting us!

First time in Thailand and a very pleasant experience. Stayed here for around a week.|My reviews as follows: staff absolutely lovely people, greeted with a drink and made to feel very welcome.| luggage was taking to our rooms by a staff member.|Rooms: I don't really have any complaints as such nice gestures with the tea and coffee and water.|(A bin hadn't been emptied) but it wasn't a big deal. Nice touches with the towels on the beds and the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. Fridge was a little bit temperamental as it kept making banging sounds,, I think it may be on its way out, again neither here nor there as i didnt use it any ways but I did have to switch it off as it did keep me awake.|beds : didn't feel to comfortable when I first sat down on it but I changed my mind on this as I had a pretty decent sleep. which i was surprised at.|what I paid for this hotel I thought it was very reasonable for what was provided.|It doesn't take much to make me happy a comfy bed and a decent shower do me. My only complaint is that I feel the pool area can be quite dangerous, one of our members slipped and nearly injured them self's so the tiling is very slippery when wet, it's quite difficult to even get out using the stairs because of the tiling around the pool area. also the stairs leading out can be slippy if people have left the pool area still wet aswell. Its one to be catious about if you are with older people ..so I do feel a lot more care or ideas should go into that for future reference. Ate twice at the restaurant, this was OK.|Breakfast wasn't my thing either but not to say it's not some one elses like, this was just my opinion based on my likes, it's only a few selections but, not really my cup of tea, you can get fresh omelettes made if that's your thing. Unfortunately for me it just wasn't my thing.

Great resort but a little bit far from the beach but it has laundry, 7/11, multiple restaurants nearby. If you’re a muslim traveler, you’ll like it even more since they are muslim owned and serve 100% halal breakfast and food. A large mosque is 5 minute walking distance away.

We had a very pleasant stay at Andaman Breeze Resort. The hotel provides free water every day, as well as coffee, tea, and umbrellas, which was very convenient during our stay. I would appreciate it even more if home slippers/shoes were also provided in the rooms. The location is a bit far from the beach, but the hotel itself is very comfortable and relaxing. One of the best parts was the beautiful swimming pool on the second floor — a perfect place to enjoy a quiet afternoon after morning activities. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and offers good, healthy choices with fresh fruits and vegetable options. The hotel also offers laundry service for 100 baht per kg for washing and drying (they measure the clothes while wet). However, there is another laundry place just outside the hotel that charges only 50 baht, so it’s a better option if you want to save money. We also tried the hotel restaurant, and the food was surprisingly very good — especially the spaghetti and pizza, which we really enjoyed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I and my family had arrived at about 11:30 at night and we were checking in and we greeted by such horrible and rude service by the receptionist. First of all we had quite a few bags and we asked politely for help from the bellboy however the receptionist shouted at us and bellboy had refused to help. When my father went, to park the car, the security guard had a torchlight and was looking inside our car as if we were suspicious. For my first impression this hotel was poorly staffed and the service was shit. The receptionist seemed to not understand English and stated to my family ‘ this is Thailand Thailand not Malaysia!!’ in a way that was so unprofessional and incredibly racist. Furthermore, during my time there I looked at more reviews and not to be offensive but they seemed to only be respectful and kind to mainly Europeans and ppl of a lighter complexion. However they had treated us like shit and the receptionist was shouting at us ‘GO, GO GO!!!’, but the moment my father came they were still harassing us. Whilst we were leaving to our rooms from the lobby the receptionist was speaking in Thai to the bellboy which sounded he was swearing at us and he yelled at us out of anger. By doing this he was clearly harassing us, but then we threatened to call the police. The rooms looked okay and so was the presentation yet when we opened our fridge there was an ice pack with something rotten in it and the whole fridge smelled rotten. The next morning we went down for breakfast which the rude receptionist from the night before hadn’t bothered to inform us about, but we were very disappointed at the limited options of food and the quality of the food. I and my mother had gone down first to eat, but when father came down they refused to let him go into the breakfast hall as apparently only two ppl from our room was allowed to eat breakfast. My mum was about to pay extra for my father, but staff were blocking my father thinking he would come in Anyways; this was extremely childish and poor behaviour of them that mum decided not to pay. The manager is very impolite and refused to talk to us and the room service was very bad. Please watch out for the extra fees as they charging us for other random fees. Overall this place was very bad, racist and unprofessional to us and I THOROUGHLY ENCOURAGING NO ONE TO COME HERE!!!

I checked in on 21st May 2026 and checked out on 24th May 2026. Overall, I had a good experience. The reception staff and café staff were friendly and provided good service. However, I had a very bad experience at the swimming pool area. One of the ladies staff was very rude, unfriendly, and showed double standards. My friend was swimming for about half an hour, but she did not turn on the water pump. When foreign guests arrived, she immediately turned on the water pump and music. This felt like unfair treatment. I also asked about the price of drinks, and she responded while sighing, which felt unprofessional. Her customer service was very poor, and it affected my overall experience. The incident happened around 11:30 AM on 23rd May. Please provide proper customer service training to this staff member.
