We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was clean, surrounded by beautiful nature, and offered stunning mountain views. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Fatima and Plue the Reception Managers, for thier kindness and excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again! Highly recommended! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cliffside hotel! The spacious, perfectly clean rooms—especially the ones with mountain-facing balconies and Jacuzzis—and the two stunning pools were definite highlights. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, helping with everything from airport transfers to a great breakfast buffet.A few things to note before booking: the hotel is tucked away on a steep, sloped road. This is great for escaping the noisy main streets, and they do provide a handy shuttle to the Ao Nang center if you don't feel like walking. Overall, it's a wonderful, scenic retreat with top-notch service!"

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Thailand to this day, amazing service, I love the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony, it has 3 pools and always kept clean, good variety of breakfast options for the buffet. The laundry service is really good and affordable, it also has a mini mart until 10pm in case you need something last minute. Great location, close to all the restaurants and shops in the area, close to the beach as well and has transportation to the beach area 4 times a day

Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort – A Great Family Stay We stayed at Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort with our family, including our 3-year-old granddaughter, and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is an extensive, beautifully curated and well-maintained property, surrounded by spectacular mountain and limestone views. Rooms & Facilities The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The room linen, cleanliness and bathroom facilities were excellent. One of the highlights was the large jacuzzi, which added a special touch to our stay, especially with the beautiful mountain and limestone scenery outside. Breakfast The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. However, one issue was that the breakfast area was frequently visited by honeybees, which could be somewhat uncomfortable while enjoying the meal. Staff & Service The staff were generally courteous, respectful and helpful. However, communication was occasionally difficult as quite a few staff members had limited English-speaking ability. Front Office This was the one area where we felt the resort needs improvement. The front-office team did not appear adequately trained, and on a few occasions we were confronted over small and seemingly baseless issues. Thankfully, these matters were eventually discussed and settled satisfactorily, but better training and a more guest-friendly approach at the front desk would significantly improve the overall experience. Overall Despite the front-office experience and the language limitations, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The beautifully landscaped property, excellent rooms, cleanliness, fantastic jacuzzi and breathtaking limestone surroundings make Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort a very attractive choice for a family holiday. Overall, a great stay with a few service-related areas that could be improved.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Located near the mosque and also the shops and halal restaurants especially 7-11 and May & Zin so it was so easy for us to find halal food. This resort serves halal breakfast too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great 4D3N staying in this resort with a spacious room and incredible view from our room.

Amazing place. Really loved the vibe of the resort. Very positive. Very relaxing. There was a mosque of who’s the prayer call was just utterly out of this world. It was truly amazing to stay in such a beautiful place and listen to call for prayer. The views are amazing and the staff is very helpful. It was my anniversary so they gave a special touch to the room which was lovely. They helped me sort a scooter and also helped me to go to beaches which was really good and private. They suggested me food places and also shops where I can buy things. Truly helpful staff. The resort had 3 pools. And sauna for free which is really a plus point. Massage and spa was available on site with reasonable prices. Breakfast could have been a bit better for Indian customers. But overall it was a great experience and a lovely place. Will come again.

We loved every minute of our stay there. We intended to only stay 3 nights but ended up extending our stay another 2 nghts. That says it all. We took 2 direct pool access rooms near the restaurant. The lovely front office officer Ms Rose arranged for us to have connecting rooms. Mr Pluem also helped us with any enquiries we had. All the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Having the pool access meant it was lovely just to jump in the pool and back to your room in a jiffy. We even managed a peek at the villas which were just as nice for future stays. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was actually pretty good. Breakfast was also pretty nice and delicious. It was nice having breakfast and having a nice view as we were on a hill. The hotel even arranged a birthday cake at breakfast to surprise me. It is the little things that really make a Hotel great. The spa was also fantastic. We had all our muscle knots massaged out. Very very nice indeed. Location is pretty good we were not to close to Aonang Beach where it was busy. There are loads of eateries 5 minutes down from the hotel and for shopping you could take a shuttle from the hotel to the beach. We drove ourselves to Krabi which meant it was easier for us. We went to Aonang Landmark which was a more pleasant place to window shop. Lots of eateries as well there. Our only complaint was the unstable internet service but we could live with it. The good in this case outweighed the wifi in a land slide. We were actually walk-in guests so we had scouted quite a few hotel around Krabi. Definite a return stay Hotel to Phu Pi Mann Resort.

I had a great time! The hotel has a timeless aesthetic imo, lots of hand carved wood. No issues w my room on the 4th floor. Good views, huge balcony, comfy bed. AC wasn't that cold maybe lowest 21 but for me that's totally acceptable. Pools are nice but this isn't a resort, there isn't anyone around the pool asking for your food order. Although I did go up to the restaurant and they brought me food to the pool. Lunch was yummy cashew chxn. Really NOT a far walk to the beach, it's only bad midday bc the sun is so hot. Would come back
