This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel/Resort. We were so surprised when we checked in with a surprise greeting on our bed wishing us a happy anniversary made with beautiful flowers and so much thought. We love this place we will always come back. By the way the pool is incredible. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is so friendly.

This was, without question, some of the worst service I have experienced—driven almost entirely by the reception staff. There was a consistent lack of basic hospitality, flexibility, and willingness to assist. Simple requests were treated as inconveniences rather than part of their role. The most unacceptable moment came at checkout: when I asked for help arranging a taxi, I was told to go out onto the street and either walk, find a tuk-tuk, or arrange one myself. This, despite the fact that I was travelling alone with two large suitcases, a trolley, a computer bag, and a handbag. The complete lack of awareness—or concern—for that situation was frankly shocking. I was also told that if the hotel were to arrange a taxi, I would have to pay extra. For a basic service that most hotels provide without hesitation, this felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Even something as minor as requesting an extra key card—so I could leave the electricity on to charge my devices—became unnecessarily difficult. It reflects a broader issue: not just poor service, but a lack of care. What makes this even more disappointing is that these are exactly the same issues I experienced during my previous stay in July 2025. Nothing has improved. There has been no effort to address what are clearly ongoing problems. The only reason I chose to return was because I needed the same room again while working on my book. That continuity mattered to me during the writing process—and to their credit, they did manage to provide the same room. Pool is nice. However, that is where the positives end. The only staff member who stood out in a positive way was the pool bar attendant, who was friendly and welcoming—something the reception team could clearly learn from. Overall, the service—especially at reception—is far below any acceptable standard. Based on this experience, I would not return again.

This is the worst and overpriced hotel I have stayed at. Hard beds, staff poor English and customer service. Paid for a room overlooking a pool and got a room on the third floor w/o elevator overlooking the construction site. Horrible food with an awful smell from sewage. Bathroom with water leaking all over it and the worst no hot water in the evenings or mornings.

We stayed for two nights. The pool was spacious and very relaxing, which we appreciated. The hotel’s decor felt quite outdated, and the overall atmosphere would really benefit from some thoughtful redecoration to match the potential of the space. However, our stay was overshadowed by a persistent issue with unpleasant smells in the rooms.When we first checked in, our room had a strong, unbearable odor — likely from the toilet system. We reported it to reception, and while the staff were polite and helpful, it seemed they were already aware of the issue. They moved us to another room, explaining that it had a similar problem but had supposedly been resolved. Unfortunately, the smell was still present. After informing reception again, we were moved to a third room.During breakfast, we mentioned the issue to the kitchen staff, who also seemed aware of the problem in our original room. It felt unfair that we were placed there in the first place, knowing the issue hadn’t been properly addressed. Being moved from room to room wasn’t a real solution — it only added to our discomfort.All the staff we met were kind and tried to help, and we appreciated that. Breakfast was just okay — nothing memorable. Overall, despite the lovely pool and friendly team, the unresolved room issues made our stay far less pleasant than we had hoped.

Nice hotel. The swimming pool is great. I would have liked to have it open until 8 or 9 pm. The employees are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. It is a nice quiet place very well located.

This was a fabulous place to stay during our time in Krabi. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect being very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool area was also lovely, well maintained and family friendly.

The rooms were nothing special and could definitely use a facelift—honestly, the whole resort would benefit from some renovation. That said, the pool area was very nice. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which really stood out. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it’s neither the best nor the worst place to stay in Ao Nang, but a solid option thanks to the great service and location.

The location and pool are what drew us to this hotel, and turns out they are the only good things going for it. We were first met with a not so friendly receptionist at check-in and then shown to our room, which seemed fine at first glance. However, the balconies labelled 'street view' more so offer a view of the cement building blocking sight of everything behind it. The rooms are also quite old and suffering quiet a bit of wear and tear on closer inspection. Additionally, some of the wooden sunbeds around the pool are visibly rotting and on verge of collapse, with one we saw actually fallen to bits from someone sitting on it. BUT our main complaint came from our first night at the hotel. After just getting ready for bed, I sat down and happened to see something crawling in the corner of my eye. Lo and behold, not one but TWO cockroaches who were not dead, but ALIVE and roaming around in the dark recesses of the room. You can imagine our disgust and horror at the sight, and my partner went down to reception for a solution. We were given no compensation for this disturbance despite the hotel failing to meet our expectations, and we were hastily moved to a different room. I wouldn't normally write a bad review based on the aforementioned negatives but the cockroach situation really left a bad feeling hanging over our stay, as we were paranoid about there being any more in our new room and could not relax.
