Just checked in at COSI Ao Nang Beach Krabi, and the first impression is really amazing! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ao Nang, with the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops all within easy walking distance. The atmosphere is modern, vibrant and relaxed. The hotel has a very cool and youthful vibe, with stylish common areas and a great overall feel. So far, we’re really enjoying the vibe of COSI Ao Nang Beach and looking forward to the rest of our stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just checked in at COSI Ao Nang Beach Krabi, and the first impression is really amazing! Our room is clean, modern and comfortable, with a nice contemporary design and everything well-organized. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. So far, we’re really enjoying the vibe of COSI Ao Nang Beach and looking forward to the rest of our stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is built over 4 separate buildings which isn’t a problem for us but be aware you may not be in the same building as the reception or the pool. Great for young people or back packers. It’s a budget hotel and you need to get used to things that are available but you may not realise this like there’s no kettle but there’s free coffee in the reception and you can use a microwave there too. Breakfast is available and is reasonable. Plus points is theres a Ptime burger truck right outside and also a fantastic little cocktail bar serving cocktails that are fantastic and so cheap. Pool is great but no sunbeds just beanbags so you can only achieve a one sided tan … think of returning home looking like Neil from the imbetweers. All in all great value hotel and perfect for the under 30s

Stay was really good and in the center of ao nang. Easily accessible. Staff were really good( Lucy, Ben and neung all were friendly). Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at COSI Krabi Ao Nang Beach. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The room, bed, pillows, bathroom, and all facilities were spotless and very comfortable. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the lady at the reception who was wearing a yellow T-shirt, but she was incredibly helpful. We had accidentally booked our stay for August instead of May. We contacted the booking support team several times, and the hotel staff also made great efforts to help us. The manager personally followed up through emails and phone calls, and the team worked hard to get our booking dates corrected. Because of their dedication, we were able to avoid paying twice for the same stay. A special thank you to the reception staff and the manager for going above and beyond to help us. Your support made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciate all the effort you put in for us. If the hotel management sees this review, I would be grateful if you could let me know the names of the staff members who assisted us so I can properly recognize and appreciate them. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at COSI Krabi Ao Nang Beach! Special thanks to receptionist Fluk, who was incredibly warm, patient and helpful throughout check-in and my whole trip. She patiently answered all my questions about island tours, local restaurants and transport tips. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are comfy, location is perfect—only a short walk to the beach with 7-Eleven right opposite. Great value for money. I will absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to Fluk’s wonderful service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had another wonderful stay at COSI Hotel in Krabi. My experience was relaxing, comfortable, and hassle-free from the moment I arrived. The hotel was easy to find, and I had no trouble getting there. Although I arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and hadn’t informed the hotel in advance, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They initially asked me to wait, but they kindly prepared my room early, which I really appreciated after my journey. Their friendliness and excellent customer service made me feel very welcome. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, and there’s a great local market nearby where you can easily find shopping, massages, delicious food, and drinks, making the location very convenient. The only small downside for me was the coffee and croissants at breakfast—they just weren’t to my personal taste. However, that’s purely a matter of preference and didn’t take away from my overall experience. I’ve now stayed at COSI Hotel twice during my visits to Krabi, and both stays have been excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming place to stay in Krabi.

No kettle provided. The fridge in the room was annoying as it made too loud noise and since the rooms are small as well it felt like you are sitting right next to it. The rooms are not noise proof so you could hear people walking and talking. Swimming in other building and u wanted to see the sunrise by the pool since it was on rooftop but the door was locked. The staff were kind though, especially the cleaning staff. The room had smart TV which is great. Daily water and towel change. Gym is 24/7 which is also great. Overall it was good stay though.

Racially profiled right after i entered. The lady for some reason is noting down my visa and dates from my stamps etc. Something which no other hotel I stayed at, did. As if to check if i am "illegally" in thailand, which i am not. When asked what she is checking for she doesn't respond in any way. Also, the reception has a strong tendency to gossip in thai while dealing with customers. You can feel they are talking shit about you and laughing about it. Its very unprofessional. Given how everything was going, felt like i would have a bad experience during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Its compact but the right size for me since i was solo. The ac was good, and the bathrooms were good. Only hotel where i saw an exhaust fan in the bathroom in thailand. The infra seemed good. Though cannot compare to hotel rooms in the cities like bangkok/chiang mai, if you have stayed in any other hotel in ao nang, you will immediately realize how better this room was in comparison to the others. Thankfully only had to deal with the reception while checkin/checkout. My rest of the stay was good. Haven't used the cafe since i didn't want to deal with them again, so can't comment over there. I saw multiple comments regarding the reception since months back. The hotel management replies but doesn't do anything. I think it warrents action when so many people are commenting about it. Give better training to your staff of how to behave.
