In reception there was Nat , tom , Rainy very co operative and very helpful. Anything I wanted they did it promptly. Sea View room was excellent to stay.Their breakfast was amazing. Swimming pool of also kids and family friendly. Their hotel in ao Nang Beach alongside only 100-120 metre away. Free Parking also available. I am just satisfied with their hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Maneetel Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. All staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to give special recognition to the male receptionist who was on duty at around 12:30 PM during our stay (unfortunately, I forgot his name). He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made us feel truly welcome and added to our overall experience. Thank you to the entire Maneetel Hotel team for the excellent hospitality and service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I can't quite give an overly negative review because the service was great but I wouldn't come again. The location is directly at the beachfront and that is lifting like over half of the price. Not worth it, especially if the pool is permanently green and you're having a great view at another hotel with a squeaky clean pool area. I get that the floods are impacting the hotel but might as well close for a bit instead of ripping off customers. Since a technician was working on cables in the lobby every day and another person was leaning out the balcony to do a paint job - my impression: renovation while being open (I hope).

Great hotel in a even better location. Directly opposite the beach, 1 minute from the night market , 5 minutes from the busy street of restaurants & everything you need. The pool & hotel were very clean. Breakfast was limited but it's ok. They did have a egg station though, freshly cooking all variations of egg. Overall I very much recommend this hotel!

We got the sea view rooms which offered a great open view and was overlooking the pool at the property. Rooms might feel a bit compact but enough for 2 people. The sea view room came with a balcony that helps you spend time and unwind especially after sunset. Breakfast spread was decent too, having sufficient veg and non veg options suiting a typical Indian visitor's palette Overall it was a good experience

Excellent hotel with a phenomenal location across the street from the beach and also right next to the amazing night market with so much to do. Our top floor sea view room was very clean, modern and had a nice comfortable bed. The balcony had a beach view and a jacuzzi tub. The pool is also nice and newer with a water slide. Definitely recommend staying here.

Got the oceanfront balcony rooms at 1st floor, overlooking the pool with a direct sea view. Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and a 5 min walk from the Landmark night market. Rooms might feel just the right size for 2 people but a little cramped for any more people. Breakfast spread is good, veg options might not be as great though but good for chicken eaters. In room facilities are good as well. Overall a good stay for folks wanting a sea view hotel with a pool with proximity to the beach and market

We had a very large poolside roomB111. It was large, but lacking chairs and tables. Bean bags provided may be good for kids but not us. The bathroom was a let down the hot water kept failing, despite them replacing the heater unit. Water pressure was highly frustratingly variable. Cleaning was also variable, some days the glasses weren't cleaned and had sand still on the floors. The bed was comfortable, but the Pillows were lumpy. We wanted to eat in the room, but were refused plates and cutlery as we had pork. This is a Muslim hotel and pork is frowned upon, do not expect bacon for breakfast. Breakfast was good, but if you were late there was often no food. They advertise free parking but this is at a premium, we had to park on the street most nights. Close to many facilities and across the road from the beach. The location is pretty good. Its a nice hotel, but how they treated my Buddhist wife for having pork in the Hotel will remain a sticking point for future stays here. With so much choice in the area, the small things matter.
