From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere of your beautiful resort. Our villa was absolutely amazing—spacious, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and the private jacuzzi was such a lovely touch. It was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food and a beautiful setting to start each day. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was your incredible team. Every member of your staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The level of hospitality we received made us feel like family, and it turned a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable experience. My fiancée and I enjoyed every single moment of our stay, and we left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to your General Manager and every member of your staff. They have created something truly special, and we cannot thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay & The Most Wonderful Team! We had such a lovely stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa, and what made it truly special was the amazing service and kindness of the entire team. We were celebrating our baby’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to help us decorate and make the celebration special. ❤️🎂 It was honestly so heartwarming to see how much effort everyone put in. They were always smiling, helpful, attentive, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. A very special thank you to Aulya, Asnan, Tin, Annun, Jason and Aorada for all your help and for making our baby’s birthday so memorable. ❤️ And a big thank you to all the restaurant staff as well—you were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. It’s not just the beautiful location and resort that made our experience memorable, but the people and the genuine hospitality. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you, Railay Bay Resort & Spa, for making our little one’s birthday so beautiful and memorable. Our stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the location offers a beautiful view, beyond that, the hotel gives little reason to stay, which ultimately reflects poorly on the overall management and upkeep of the property. Upon arrival, our experience did not start well, the room was dark, with no lights or air conditioning turned on, and we had to wait close to 45 minutes for it to cool down. Overall, the maintenance of the property raised concerns, particularly around cleanliness and the presence of mosquitoes and insects both inside and around the room. The service throughout our stay felt minimal and lacking warmth. There was little engagement from staff, and interactions felt transactional rather than welcoming. Basic requests, such as having a drink sent to the room, were not accommodated. Breakfast the following morning was another letdown, both in terms of quality and presentation. The service was limited, and it was difficult to get assistance. Travelling with a toddler, we were especially concerned about food quality and options, which ultimately led us to check out early and move to another property. Overall, while the location has potential, the hospitality did not meet expectations at all.

Tourist trap - stay away The place is beautiful. But the service in this place is like a two star hotel. What they dont tell is that the transfer here is a big hassel. When you show up at the hotels reception on the pier, to get to the hotel. They tell you to wait 60min and then pay 100bath per person, or buy a private boat for 1500 bath. Then you need to drag your luggage 150meters through a beach to get to the lobby. When you get to the tiny lobby it is packed. The free welcome drink they offer you is a ice tea. Then they give you ONE room card. If you want one extra because you are two people in the room, you pay 500 extra. If you loose a room Key (normal plastic) they charge you 1500. If the towels are not clean enough after you leave, they charge you 1700. The toiletpaper you have to put in a box next to the toilet. The restaurant here is the worst service I ever had at any restaurant. They dont clean your tabel or remove plates. They just put new plates on top. And really really slow. The resort itself, really beautiful, but full of random people, not living in the hotel. We booked a tropical villa, they claim is 90 square meters. That is a plain lie. the room is best case half the size they claim. The food here suck. The drinks suck. In general I dont think the staff here gives a shit. They are just here to take your money. The only exception is housekeeping, they are so sweet. I will NEVER come back. I would NEVER RECOMEND going here. Dont be fooled by the beautiful photos.

A beautiful and peaceful stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa. The location is amazing, surrounded by stunning limestone cliffs, lush greenery, and beautiful sea views. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city and enjoy nature. The resort is comfortable, the surroundings are lovely, and waking up to this scenery made the trip feel extra special. A great place to stay in Railay, Krabi — I would definitely recommend it! 🌴🌊✨

Few things: The hotel pool and lobby (check in) are in two separate ends of the peninsula. For check in with luggage, arrive to the side with the jetty, otherwise you’ll carry your luggage through the ocean like we did. The rooms are decent at best, but feel old and besides the bed which was good all the rest is pretty worn out. Shower had a bit of a urine smell to it and the toilet flush wasn’t great. The pool is great and the sun beds are right on the beach, really fun to move between the sea and the pool. Pool bar expensive and the cocktails are 👎🏻 so stick to beer. Location is great, it’s a really small area so walking to any spot won’t take more than 10-15 min. Breakfast not amazing but you find what to eat, not too bad. I think there are better VFM hotels on the strip.

Stayed many times for the beautiful beachfront location. Last visit (birthday in March) I got bed bug bites on my legs and stomach, dirty water came from the toilet, and staff behaved unprofessionally (picking noses, talking loudly in front of guests). Great location but the hotel is run-down and management doesn’t seem to care about cleaning or service. Needs serious improvement or people will go elsewhere.

We had a great time in Railay overall – it’s a truly beautiful place 🌴 The resort itself has a stunning location, and we stayed in a lovely villa with a jacuzzi, which we really enjoyed. However, there are several things that need improvement. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a hassle, and it felt unreasonable that as hotel guests we were asked to pay around 1500 THB for a private hotel boat, while other boats charge significantly less. The biggest disappointment was the service, especially in the restaurant. Service was very slow, tables were not cleaned, and staff did not seem attentive. At times we had to get cutlery ourselves. Unfortunately, it did not feel service-minded, which affected the overall experience. The breakfast and food were also below expectations. Another inconvenience was that you only receive one key card, which controls the air conditioning – and you have to pay extra for another card, which feels unnecessary. The pool area is nice, but sunbeds are often reserved early, and outside food and drinks are not allowed. On a positive note, when I got stung by a jellyfish, the staff were very helpful, which we appreciated. Overall, while Railay is an amazing destination, we don’t feel the hotel lived up to the price. With better service and management improvements, this place could truly be something special.
