Four friends on a long weekend. Totally fabulous hotel!! Just 15 minute walk to main square, tram stop right outside.|Rooms were bright, airy and spotlessly clean. ALL of the staff we encountered over our 3 night stay were brilliant. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Small well stocked bar, great for conversation. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and great coffee! Would highly recommend if you planning a trip to Krakow!

We had a lovely time at the Avena. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is situated across from a little market which is lovely and is very close to excellent transport links. |We had two rooms one on the third floor which was a little run down. However, the room of the forth floor was lovely. I've read comments about it being too hot on the upper floor tho luckily we visited during a cooler spell. The coombed celling makes the room very cozy which I loved. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing hotel for our 3 night stay. Welcoming, friendly staff throughout, clean, comfortable room's, a superb central location and a huge breakfast which caters for every taste! Would definitely return! Very highly recommended :)

Looks can be deceiving! We arrived at the property and it seemed okay. at the reception we were met by a lady who was either not having a great day, or just not very customer focused. It was transactional and no interaction. Also it seemed we were a huge inconvenience for her. When we asked where the bathroom was, going into that bathroom in the lobby was like going into a barn that had never been cleaned. Dirty old wood and a yellow basin! Sorry guys but the photos seemed way nicer than what we saw in person. Good luck.

Fab hotel! Very modern and clean. Rooms a good size with everything you need. Staff very friendly. Good location for walking into the old town, and close to the airport (easy to get a taxi to and from). Highly recommend for a city break in Krakow!

A short stop over of 5 days led us here. The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre bit was a nice hotel with comfortable and clean well proportioned rooms. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they do supply a breakfast buffet each morning. All in all we would stay here again as everything was very well arranged and the staff courteous and helpful.

The location is very good, if you don't mind walking! The staff are very friendly and helpful, but if you do stay there don't stay in room 410, it has no windows and only a roof light, it's very claustrophobic!! The room was very clean on arrival, but unfortunately on one of the days it never got cleaned at all, we did complain to the staff who did their best to rectify it and brought us clean towels, cups and more tea and coffee , but that doesn't really make up for the fact that nobody made the beds , or emptied the bins or cleaned everywhere!!
