I had a great experience staying at Riverside Aparthotel Kraków. The place is excellent, clean, and well-organized. The staff were professional, polite, and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

This apartment hotel was excellent overall. Everything felt flawless. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized, and the internet was fast and reliable. The staff were extremely friendly when I was standing near the entrance, someone came out right away to welcome me. The price was also very reasonable. Great value for the stay.

We had a three night stay in the Penthouse apartment here and it couldn't have been better, sure we were busy all day but its still nice to come to a big comfy bed and a little bit of space. The kitchenette area had a hob, sink, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and fridge so pretty much all you need for a short break. The room has a couple of chairs and a table and a massive bed. The bathroom is pretty spacious and has a sink and a compact shower. The balcony area is massive and overlooks the Vistula River, would certainly have made a good chill out area if we had the time. Breakfast is available if ordered a day in advance, and is provided by an outside company. We didn't try it. A great stay and as is always with this area of the world you can get a lot for your money. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 5 days during a recent vacation trip. The building is incredibly located with views of the river, and just over the bridge from the Jubilat tram stop and half a block to buses that take you to the airport and Salt Mines. My flat was very clean and the staff was always available and helpful - even hanging onto my bags for the day after checkout while I explored the city before my evening flight. The flat had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, wifi had no issue, and I found my stay to be wonderful. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in Krakow who would prefer an apartment environment with all the services of a hotel.

We went there 27 people days ago. The communication due to the organization (offer, roomlist, room standard) was perfect! Quick responses and very cooperative. We had a wonderful stay with the best location near to the water :) Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an apartment on the second floor with river view. If you travel as a family with kids this choice is very practical as you get a small apartment with kitchen and a separate bedroom while in the living room you have a large couch to comfortable sleep another 2 people. You have available all the bedding, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, even iron board and iron. The kitchen if fully equipped fridge, plates glasses etc I just wished they had a small dishwasher incorporated too. There is a bigger storage place as you enter on side I almost missed so check for it if you need more space beside the dresser attached to the kitchen furniture. One of the main advantages of this place is the enclosed parking just make sure you announce in advance as space is limited. I don't necessary recommend the river view as you actually see just the river no historical building so you can also take the street side view, good news the river side is not noisy as a main road is close by but the bedroom was quite. Very clean overall. Very nice reception personnel they all spoke very good English. Location is very good as you are not in the old town but very close to it. it`s just cross the bridge to get to the Wawel Castle and then you can continue to the old town. We took 20 minutes from the hotel to the old town main square if you take the shortest way. Also around 20 minutes to the heart of the historical Jewish quarter. A lot of options to buy very good bread, cakes and pastries just in a range of 5 min walk from hotel but what I missed is a good restaurant around so rather plan that you eat in the other areas and you leave just small eats for the hotel or close. We preferred to buy fresh bread and pastries in the morning at one of the bakeries just few steps away from hotel and take lunch and dinner while we were visiting the historical areas of the city. Overall recomended.

Nice apartment hotel. The location is convenient for walking around the city. Special thanks to Daria for settling in tired after the flight at 10 am, not 15 as usual. Near the hotel there is a good coffee house Dalivia Kava, which belongs to a couple from Ukraine. They have excellent service and great breakfast and coffee.
