Excellent location, staff were also very helpful. Bathroom has a tiny shelf and dim lighting. Room (100) although large but only a sofa, no chairs, and has a small desk. Small tv made it hard to watch. We had a problem with no AC on arrival which was fixed the next day. The hotel restaurant (dinner) was fabulous. Overall, excellent hotel and worth every penny!

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhereThe breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

Fabulous hotel building - we had a stunning room on the ground floor with a high arched ceiling. Stunning bathroom. The hotel is elegant at every turn, and has a attractive, swanky cocktail bar with occassional live chilled music - perfect for an end of evening drink. Great location in a quiet street only 100m from the main city square. Staff were helpful and friendly.

An absolute gem in Old Town Krakow - perfect location!Highly recommended! The hotel is beautifully located in the Old Town, right next to a lovely park and within walking distance to absolutely everything. We stayed at H15 Francuski for a birthday celebration, and they surprised us with wonderful treats. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. The 5-star breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly polite every single request was fulfilled perfectly. We will definitely come back

An excellent hotel in an ideal position, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is brilliant a nice continental buffet and a selection of freshly prepared to order dishes beautifully presented, the restaurant is also very good for an evening meal. Our room was a superior double which was a good size with a very nice spacious clean bathroom. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

We have been travelling through Europe for 6 weeks in hotels and Airbnb and this is our worst experience by far in terms of the room provided and cost. We came from 4 nights in the Hotel Altus in Wroclaw - a beautiful 5 Star hotel with super clean, large rooms and bathrooms, at a lower price than here. We booked and paid for 2 nights in advance as this hotel and did so only because it is part of the same group as Hotel Altus in Wroclaw. What a mistake. The room provided is so small and tight. If that was it I could probably accept that except that the bathroom is old, tight and no better than a 3 star facility with a shower in a bath! Further and very concerning is that there is black mould between many of the tiles. The shower screen covers less than half the bath and does nothing to keep water in. Instead, water is all over the floor making it so dangerous to step out and down onto the wet tiles. This is not 5 stars or even close. It is 3 stars at best. If I could only stay 1 night, I would leave tomorrow. I do not want to be here. There are so many better ways to spend your money. Shop around. Do not expect 5 Star hotels in the same group to be the same or similar quality. Here they are not even close. I would never have paid 2 nights here in advance and only did so because it said 5 stars and it was part of the same group as Hotel Altus. I had a reasonable expectation this hotel would be of the same or similar quality particularly as it was more expensive than Wroclaw. I'm afraid I cannot recommend this hotel for the above reasons. I am most disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Francuski. The location is excellent—close to Kraków’s Main Market Square and within easy walking distance of so many of the city’s important sights. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, but Kamil, the concierge, made our visit truly extra special. He went above and beyond to help us experience everything we hoped to see in Kraków. He secured reservations for a wonderful Chopin concert, arranged our visits to Zalipie and Auschwitz—even graciously accommodating last-minute changes—and helped organize our time exploring the Jewish Quarter. Knowing of my interest in Art Nouveau, Kamil also helped me discover beautiful works by Stanisław Wyspiański and arranged a private tour of the Stained Glass Museum, which became one of the highlights of our trip. His kindness, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make our visit memorable were exceptional. Hotel Francuski is a beautiful and historic hotel with a superb location, but it is the extraordinary staff—and especially Kamil—who made our stay so memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The manager Kamil (sp) was excellent in all respects. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel & Krakow. He made our stay comfortable & was a pleasure to talk with. Mathew was also excellent in all respects. He was extremely skillful with our complicated multiple reservations. We were appreciative that both Kiril & Mathew could converse in perfect English. We hope to return & recommend others to stay at The Francuski Hotel. We were pleased with all the staff. ******When I returned home to the USA my doctor said she wants to go with her husband to Krakow. Her name is Dr. Adams & I gave her the name of your hotel. She wrote it down.if & when she comes room 301 was an excellent room!
